Hoping my new doctor will be amazing. Don't go here unless you want to have long waits, lost prescriptions, and refusals for refills. I really don't know why I didn't change sooner.

With the ortho follow up a full week later, it would be 3 weeks until I could learn if I needed surgery. All the while burning sick leave and vacation at work. So I called scheduling and tried to find an earlier date. The scheduler said they had a spot in Ft Worth today at 2:15. It was now 9:30 am, that office is at least a 2 hour drive, I said heck yeah sign me up! The scheduler said they would send me a text with the address and confirmation. I left just before noon....not wanting to be late and waste their time. BUT, i had not received the text. So I called the number while I was on my way 817-289-2002. Spoke to another very nice person. I let her know I had not received the confirmation text like they said I would, so I wanted to call and confirm the appointment and location....after all it was a 2 hour drive...... The scheduler was perplexed why I did not get the text but... joyously confirmed my appointment was good to go! She also let me know my part to pay was also $222. I said ok and kept driving. I arrived at 2:00 for the 2:15 appointment. Again, not wanting to waste anyone's time. I go into the office and let the clerk know Im there for my 2:15 appointment. I could tell she wasn't finding anything, so I added, its really at 2:30 but I came in early for the paperwork. The clerk said 'sir your appointment isn't for today because we have nobody here who can do it .' You had an appointment for the 27th and then the 21st, but it is not today. They know we don't have anyone here on Fridays to do the GAD.... She then says 'Are you sure you called the right place?' I showed her the number I called, and she looked perplexed....and said well thats our scheduling number.. I call the scheduler while Im standing there at the window. She once again confirms my appointment is for today..... but needs to check on things and puts me on hold. The phone rings right inside the window to the girls I was talking to...... Lots of Umhmmm, Umhmm....Uhmmm. Then girl number 2 says Did you call our scheduler.....I said yes Im on hold with here now......She then says OH she just called and asked us to reschedule you....... Can you come back monday????? What in the shit show is going on at this place? Talk about amateur hour. My wife and I were accepted as new patients a few weeks ago Everything seemed okay until I needed…read morethem to fill out FMLA paperwork on behalf of my wife ($40 fee up front). My FMLA status prior to this clinic was for up to 5 times a month for illness and 5 times for Dr/ER visits, which was about to expire. This office agreed to those same times and added notes into the computer, noting that time length. I received the finished paperwork, which was for 1 day a month for illness and 1 day a month for Dr/ER visits. I called them and the manager was full of tihs because she said that's the maximum time they write for FMLA, without her knowing anything about my wife's ailments or medical history.. I believe that she thinks FMLA is paid time off, which is none of her business, and it's not. She just flat out lied and thinks everyone is stupid, and it didn't take long to realize that. She just made up policies and prices as she spoke. Very unprofessional and prejudice, in my opinion .They are definitely con artists and we will not be going back. Update: Went to another doctor and had my FMLA paperwork filled out correctly, no problems.
