I called this office and was told that I had a secondary insurance when my insurance was run so I called the number and got it taken off. I called back the office and they said they would rerun the insurance and call me back. Two months later I called them and said when will I be able to get this appointment school and was told would be called back. I called back a third time and spoke to Maria in the office in Kissimmee. Her voice totally changed when I was telling her that it was Two months of me, not getting an appointment. After that day, no message I. ever left with Maria was ever given to anyone. I am so surprised this office does not have surveys. I had to make an appointment with the doctor again after only seeing her two weeks ago because I could not get a message to her. I let her know what was going on and she told me that the office part was separate from her. Your patience are dealing with the people in the office. If you have an that's because they don't like them, is awful. I was bringing a child there and was treated this way by this office. I would never recommend them. the only way I got an appointment to begin with was because I was transferred to the billing and insurance department. When I spoke to the woman there, she actually looked at my account and realized how terribly this had been going and apologize to me multiple times. The woman who spoke to me in that department was very kind and got me an appointment. I will never use this office or this company again. You all need to consider sending Surveys so you get a true impression of how people feel they are treated at your office.

The paperwork was pretty straight forward the first day and our insurance covered the initial drug test. I understand the need for these to be done in this industry and I want my child to get the best care they can can. Their regular doctor does a drug screen every year too. I know my kid does not use anything and takes their medications but this keeps everyone on track. Every month we go in they also check their weight and vitals too. We have met several people in their offices and everyone has been friendly and professional. The care providers have been friendly and listen to everything. the services they have been providing seem to be doing what is needed and life has been getting better. My only issue has been in the scheduling. There have been some changes in availability and a couple of appointments have had to have been changed. They have always handled it well and gotten us in around our busy calendar. Their office is a good 45 minutes from us and I have to my kid from school there every other month and it is working for now as I don't want them missing any school. Depending on where you are located they have multiple offices available. For mental health services I would recommend this one. Always check with your insurance first for your coverage.

Dr. Michael Bartfield came highly recommended by my current gynecologist, who no longer practices obstetrics after I found out I was pregnant. The office seemed fine upon my initial visit, although pretty expensive through my insurance. The office staff seemed very relaxed and Dr. Bartfield although on paper seemed very experienced was very awkward in person. This was not enough to push me away from the office yet. I met with their finance department, they told me because I had not yet met my deductible. I had to pay in full for my delivery that was still six months away and then they would refund me the remaining amount, which did not include my ultrasounds or any blood work done in the office. This is our first kid and we wanted to make sure we got the best possible medical care because I am both type one diabetic and of advanced maternal age at 34 (35 when I deliver) so we went along with it. It wasn't until I was 16 weeks that I had the absolute worst appointment of my life. The ultrasound technician treated me like a test subject. After taking several pictures of my babies anatomy, she looked over at the student in the room, who I was allowed in the room without my permission and said "do you wanna try?". I do not find it appropriate for my body and baby's body to be used without my consent to train a student you have let observe without my consent. I explained to Dr.Bartfield my concerns at our final appointment and he said " if you need to find a different doctor, there won't be any hard feelings" ... yeah I hope not since I am the patient. Later that day I was told by a Dr.Bartfield that my baby could have a congenital heart defect, which I later learned he did not have and that 16 weeks was far too early to diagnose something like that. Dr. Bartfield and his staff put me through a great deal of stress and anxiety for no reason but it didn't end there. I ended up finding a different provider and when I received the bill for my final appointment, I called up to pay it and cancel any future appointments I had scheduled. When I did this, the receptionist took it very personal. She told me she would have to change the billing code for my final appointment to a regular exam. I did not received an exam. Her final words to me on the phone were "good luck". I would stay away from this office. They don't have your best interest in mind, they are motivated by money.

When I was admitted to Waterman hospital on surgery day I was well prepared with handouts, web pages for additional information from Dr Pillow & his staff to make this an easy experience. The entire hospital stay from entrance to operation to hospital care to exit was a constant experience of everyone there about the reputation of Dr Pillow. They had babies delivered by him, procedures from him or their relatives or dear friends, it went on & on how wonderful he was. What a comfort when you are headed to the operating room, cared for and ... Oh my he did an excellent surgery. I say .. why did I wait so long .. well the reason was I needed to find someone I trusted. Dr Pillow & his staff was my find and well worth the wait. If you don't believe me then walk in unannounced and then ask your loved ones what they really think of this place. The care and concern that all staff members have for the residents is in comparable. This is a small facility, 40 beds, but the staff was very adequate. The building was spotless and odorless. Each resident had their own TV, the rooms were large, beds modern and comfortable. Large closet, two dressers, plenty of wall space to hang pictures. Excellent social director, and therapy staff, who knew and were concerned about all the residents. I was lucky to get my Mother in this facility.
