You could tell that they have a loyal customer base which creates a beautiful community in the coffee shop. The decor and plant selection were beautiful! I decided to try the Maple Masala Latte, which really impressed me! It had an orange infused maple syrup as well as garam masala. The spices balanced out the latte so well. It was so smooth. Best latte I've had in a while honestly. I also got a spinach feta danish which was delicious. They have a great selection of food items! I really enjoyed my time at this coffee shop as well as the people that I met. Just a great experience overall.

The front is unassuming, and this combo isn't something you see every day, but somehow, it works... or at least, it's interesting enough to give it a shot. I visited the coffee shop side while working nearby (walking distance) at the co-working center (Icon Cowork). I ordered the red eye. Honestly? It delivered. It wired me for days. It was extremely strong and not well crafted (too much, definitely not barista made). But boy did it do its job. While at the coffee shop, I noticed a small menu of other drinks and no baked goods in the case. It just really had the basics. Service was very quick. The barista (who worked both sides of the house) was nice enough, but the vibe was more transactional than inviting. Not rude, just kind of indifferent. The space had enough tables to sit at and very quiet atmosphere. One thing I couldn't ignore was the scent of vape juice hanging in the air. It didn't bother me personally, but I can see how that could be a turn-off if you're expecting more of a traditional coffee shop aesthetic. Of note is that both sides of the business have the same entrance. They're working on dividing the space into two separate ones according to my quick chat with the employee. Currently the coffee shop has no age restrictions while the smoke shop is 21+. Overall? Burning River Coffee is quirky and good for a simple cup of coffee. It's not a textbook coffee shop experience -- it's its own thing. Just don't expect the usual indie-coffeehouse playlist and aesthetic. Expect something unexpected and different.

Great taste, but I was today years old when I realized a breve is not for me. Tooo much cream. I thought a breve was the exact same as a cafe au lait, it is not! It's espresso with steamed or cold cream instead of milk. I usually avoid lattes because of the amount of milk, so this was no better. I also learned that 7 brew does not really serve traditional coffee. They make Americanos- espresso with water, which you can also add flavors too. But there's not a regular pot of coffee to be found there. While this may be my last time at a 7 Brew, I appreciate the concept for those whole love flavored and quick coffee concoctions and friendly service.
