I believe the price was still outstanding for what I got. They subcontract out the work, but they get discounts from their subcontractors which they pass on to you. Everyone I worked with throughout the whole process (well, I have no complaints) they all did excellent and I felt comfortable the whole way. (Lastly) he has followed up afterwards to help with handyman tasks and some minor touch up tasks. I believe the price for those all still great. I recommend Dominic and crew from Green and Gold for any and all projects. Def very happy I found them. I will be going to them first for pretty much any home repair needs going forward. We worked with Derek to design our new bathroom and pick out materials. Derek was so patient with us when we made (a million) changes. Once we loved our design, it was time to execute it. That's where Paul, Teddy & Ricardo came in. Paul, our project manager, much like Derek was super patient, had great communication and got the job done to our satisfaction. The workers were all polite and skilled. If I had one complaint, it would be that the project took TWICE as long as we were told and there were a lot of small mistakes made. They did fix all of the mistakes and we got it done - but it took almost 4 months. But, overall we are so happy with our bathroom!!

One final comment -- the real test of a contractor's professionalism is how the company handles problems. In our case, a manufacturer's defect impacted the bathroom flooring. Upon removal, I noticed that the stairs were not only badly damaged (from a previous owner's work), but were failing in multiple areas when accessed underneath. This was no longer a home improvement project, but now became a safety issue. I contacted Jonathan on a Tuesday afternoon letting him know that we had a staircase that was in need of repair. I reached out to 10 companies (that listed on their Yelp reviews that they offered carpentry) requesting a carpenter or carpentry skills, but only Jonathan and another company indicated that they could repair stairs that were damaged and in need of repair. The other company was not as responsive and indicated that they were fully booked through the summer, and that they didn't have the time. After texting and calling Jonathan throughout the day Tuesday, Jonathan indicated that he would come out the following morning to assess the damage with one of his highly skilled employees. Jonathan and his skilled carpenter were timely and direct in what needed addressed. He indicated that we would replace 10 of the 13 treads, and that they would reinforce all of the stairs underneath with 2x4's and other materials. Jonathan and his skilled carpenter were not only efficient, timely, and responsive, but the quality exceeded all expectations. Jonathan's carpenter worked nonstop Wednesday (not even a break!) and finished ahead of schedule on Thursday. The high quality work was much more than we had anticipated, and the price was reasonable (considering the urgency and timing). I highly recommend Jonathan and his company. We plan to use them for improvements and projects. Top Notch!

When the work began his crew arrived on time and Leo was there to introduce me to his team. He walked through and confirmed details with the onsite project manager. During the week, the project went really smooth. His project manager would let me know the progress of the project each day. They were open to our questions and adjustments. They also offered their opinions on where we should place or move lights, which paint to use, etc. Not only did Leo and his team finish the job on time, they did an excellent job. Provided an estimate Wednesday AM and we scheduled for Thursday 5/7. I wanted work completed by next Thursday 5/14) 8:00 AM his guys arrived and started removing rotted wood under sills (HOA request). We provided original paint. They painted all trim (not just updated sills) to ensure matching exterior. There was a hitch with the electrical work, but they were patient and worked with us to determine an acceptable solution. They fixed the drywall in the basement (then re-opened and fixed again after the electrical solution was determined). All was completed for the original estimate price. I would definitely hire again.
