I'm taking a star off because they don't manage their appointments well. There have been multiple times where I make an appointment for 10 am because I have other stuff to do, yet they work on other people who don't have an appointment right at opening. This has happened to me about 5 times already. I don't always have 2+ hours to spend and it's really inconvenient to have to wait for someone to service my nails when I'm on a time crunch. I may have to look into a different shop although their work is nice they just don't have a good system for managing people. read more

That's a massive price increase and there was no transparency with the additional charges. They told me it was because ombre designs cost an extra $30 and nail art costed another $30. On their menu of prices ombre wasn't listed at all and I wouldn't have gotten it if I knew it costed so much. The nail art is listed as $5+ with no further description. My nails turned out fantastic and the artist who did them was extremely meticulous and very talented! I appreciated the thorough service, so I was even more disappointed with the lack of price transparency. This was my first time ever trying out this nail spot, and I'm so glad I came. I will just start by saying that the small plaza it's in has a tiny parking lot and competing parking with Goodwill Customers next door, so prepare for that. But this place has been around for 2 years apparently and I can't believe I just found out about it. I got a gel polish, soft spa pedicure where they remove your callus and that was $55 which is sort of up there on price surprisingly, especially for the location it's in. But for the service it's reasonable. I also got it done by MeAnne and she was super sweet and did a great job! I'll for sure be requesting for her again. Now my nails! I am usually an acrylic girly, but this was the first time I was open to trying out gel x. I showed Kevin a photo of exactly what I wanted and he just looked at it for 5 seconds and said ok. Not gonna lie, I was hesitant, as I usually am, because I am a) picky, b) what I ask for isn't easy c) just jaded from other spots I've been to. Some are either honest and just outright tell me they can't do it, or some try and fail miserably and I get stuck with unwanted nails for a week. But this was NOT the case! Kevin was meticulous, took his time with each layer of polish, and how he filed my nails. I knew after 10 minutes of him working on my nails that I would appreciate his work and level of detail. Now these nails were $145 which were steeper than what I'm normally used to, but honestly, these feel like they would last 3 weeks or more and in girl math, if I have to spend $200 /month on my nails that I'm super happy with?! I had a great experience at this salon - they have pedicure chairs and do gel x dipping powder acrylic and design. Lots of gel colors, powder colors, foils, rhinestones and the brand they use for their gel color is top notch! Not just OPI.. Jenny did a great job on my marble design with gold foil and I can tell she does great nail art work Kevin took off my old gel x and did a fantasticcc job cleaning my nails and prepping for a new set! He did not hurt me removing an old set, major plus Billy did my pedicure and was so thorough and meticulous from my cuticles to my callus removal to my massage. I tried. They were cordial, but no one felt warm. This is no "luxury" experience like some reviewers mention, it's actually pretty basic of a nail salon in this day & age. I had an appointment for 4pm, they looked extremely short staffed, I had to wait about 10 minutes, then there was no hot water for my pedicure, so I waited another 10 minutes. No offer of any beverage while I waited, no empathy or accommodation really, just being told to wait for the hot water...like huh? The girl who did my pedicure was nice, she tried, but the service along with the experience was sub-par. I'm actually really annoyed by this waste of money, I'm going on vacation for my birthday & my toes aren't even done well. They missing gel on some areas & the foot scrub she did was lacking & only worsened my feet. This whole thing was not worth $45+tip. You get way more elsewhere for that price. read more
