I came in two night ago for a fresh gel manicure. I had some gel polish on my nails from the last time i had my nail done so I needed those removed also. I came in 45 minutes before closing and she finished my nails in 30 minutes. The fastest and the worst nails i've ever had done The lady that was doing my nails seemed really unhappy to be there and in a rush to close. 1. She soaked my nails in acetone for what felt like literally two seconds before losing her patience and going in with the drill. I should of walked out right then and there 2. My poor cuticles are all messed up from her nicking me with the drill and her "manicure" 3. My nails still had nail dust underneath them when I walked out, she didn't even bother to let me wash my hands lol 4. My manicure is all gloopy and the top coat wasn't even applied properly to some on my finger nails (zoom in on the ring finger) 5. I'm still mad about the drill! My nail beds literally hurt! I came in excited for a new gel manicure and left with a set I want to take right off. And now i'll probably have to let me nails grow out because it feel like they're only one layer of my real nail left after all the drilling! 6. I came here on January 6 to get my nails done I came in for a simple design with acrylics. The wait time was roughly about an hour long but it's understandable since it was mid afternoon. Once it was my turn to get my nails done I showed the nail tech the design I wanted and I asked for almond shape and from there was able to do an inspired design from it and I think the end results was amazing. I do not recommend this place! Went in for a pedicure and the lady doing my nails was cutting in too deep on the side of my toe. It got to the point where I told her it really hurt and she still continued to keep going despite me saying it hurt. Me and my friend got a regular pedicure, she got a regular mani (only clear polish btw), I got a gel mani and we both did our eyebrows. The wait was around 30 mins - the shaping was not there and they were obviously rushing. The eyebrows were the best part. Anyways I get to the counter to pay. $120 for that, nothing special no design or acrylic. Basic ass nails for $120. Girl it's not worth it for the quality. Near by and cheap. I come here because it's convenient for me. It's really close to my house and its actually very cheap. There are also days during the week where there is no wait. I did my eyebrows for $6. It's wax and they do it pretty fast. The nails obviously take longer. They are a little rough, but what can you expect for $18. Super cheap and they look cute. The gel nails are more expensive. I actually paid $20 for my nails. Have no idea why they charged me $2 more than my sister if we had exactly the same thing done. Mine were just a different color. They were the same length and I didn't get anything extra. They do have a shared parking lot. Everytime I come I do find a spot. They are located in between a Ted's burger and a dry cleaner. If you want to save money and you really want to get your nails done then this is your spot. Just don't expect a hand massage or for them to be gentle. The nails actually don't last that long either. My boyfriend recommended this place because he thinks I spend to much money on my nails. I came here to get a gel polish removal, fill in, fix a nail, gel polish removal on toes and a pedicure with no polish. Total was $55. The work she did on my hands was decent. But THE PEDICURE WAS DONE OUT OF a BUCKET. I still can't believe it. The pedicure was half ass and she made my cuticles bleed. I went back yesterday and it looks like they've updated the place but the work is even worse. I went in for a fill and a trim. I like short stiletto nails. It's what I've worn for the last 5 years. The shape she was giving me looked like dog teeth. And she sat there telling me that this is how pointy nails look when they are short. I pulled out a picture of my last set and showed her. Plus I showed her a picture of what I wanted and asked her, before she even started, if she could do it. She said, that's what it looks like, so I asked her to stop and just take them off. I waited to Tina and she did a shitty ass job too. The shape is crazy, they are flat (apex) and the backs of my nails feel stuffed with glue and acrylic. Got there and it was empty. They were all on their phones and didn't see them wash their hands. I asked for a full set, short and it was all going well until I asked to get lash extensions and they started putting them on WHILE I WAS GETTING MY NAILS DONE!! So uncomfortable!! Although the application was very unprofessional, she got the glue from an old plastic lash container but I didn't let it get to me until I realized that's very unhygienic especially with this pandemic. Then after the lashes were done she started doing my FREAKING EYEBROWS WITH WAX WHILE MY NAILS WERE STILL GETTING DONE!!! I WAS NOT LAID DOWN FOR NEITHER THE LASHES AND BROWS. My experience was very uncomfortable being the second time. The lady doing my brows did not ask me what I wanted so I assumed she would just wax off the excess hairs but she ruined my PERFECT thick eyebrows. And waxed off my right brow tail and made both of my eyebrows a completely different shape. I wanted to cry but I decided to suck it up. After that when the lady was almost done with my nails, she was filing my nails and she literally tore my skin on the side of my finger and started bleeding, it burns when I wash my hands. Never been through this. I showed her how messed up my eyebrows were and she denied it until she went to go get the razor to try to make them even! NOOOOO, you messed up my eyebrows the first time, how can you make it any better. They ended up not charging me 8 dollars for the brows but I shouldn't have paid anything considering they ripped most of my eyebrows off and didn't even make them the same shape. The nails were 40 and I don't even know why, it's only a full set of acrylic, short. When starting is $25 or $28. Nothing can replace my eyebrows and yet I still had to pay. The least they could do was offer it all for free. So please watch out. If you want a better outcome and wanna come out without tears, pay that extra coin. Don't risk yourself. Never coming here again!!!!! NEVER!!!!! And I only saw one license plate for one lady, the rest didn't have one on their desk. So watch out. read more
