Do not waste your time here !!!! Its not worth it at all. My usual nail spa is closed on Sundays, so I decided to come to this place. My advice is no matter how in need of nails you are do not come here, Google another place and go their. 1st issue was the wait time, it was about an hour and the nail techs were working super slow. However my main issue was with the lady who did my nails, I didn't get her name but she was rushing. One, she doesn't even know what she was doing; she puts nail polish remover seconds before putting the glue then wonders why the nail won't stick! Everyone who gets nails done knows you put the glue on dry nails. Another BIG problem was that my nails were uneven. I had to tell her to add more of the acyrlic to the bottom of my nails to even it out. Also I didn't notice it while I was in the shop but one hand is really thick with acrylic and the other is very thin. Never coming here again!! Don't even know why they are still in business. read more

I came here the day before Thanksgiving for a full set and brow wax. My brows came out great. The nails, however, were TERRIBLE! The worst experience I've had at any salon EVER. I got a basic full set with white tips. A male tech put my tips on. I then waited for a lady to apply the acrylic. She didn't shape my nails at all, was very rough with the file & tools (my cuticles bled!) I know I should've stopped the service at that point, but I didn't. She applied acrylic to each nail about 4 times. It was thick and uneven. The male tech followed up and put the clear coat and I was on my way. The next day, I realized I had acrylic all over my cuticles and in the nail bed! The application was terrible. I've never experienced this before. I'm not sure how I didn't notice this before I left. I'm assuming the acrylic wasn't dry yet? Anyway, I couldn't remove the acrylic from my cuticles without peeling my skin off!! THE WORST. I don't advise anyone coming here. Super sloppy, and clearly an infection risk because I was BLEEDING. never again. Ugh read more

This is definitely my favorite nail shop and I've been to plenty. Chris does my nails and they always look great. He's actually the first nail tech that actually cleans my cuticles and takes care of my nails every time I come in for a fill. My shape is always on point, I let him think of the colors and design and I never leave disappointed. He also hooks up my eyebrows and they're always fleeky. Hannah does my feet and she does an amazing job make sure my feet looks beautiful and her paint job is always good. I def would recommend Rosie nail shop. read more

Me and my sister came and both had a bad experience. I came for gel nails and a lady with extremely shaky hands attempted to do my nails and realized she did so extremely bad that she told a man and he finally finished them after about an hour and a half of being there. The lady who did my sisters nails also didn't do them how she asked her to, she asked for oval and she said couldnt and told her she'd do square. Rude as hell!! The sign says they close at seven so after work I head over, it's about 5:05pm I get there as I enter I look around and on my left side I get a rude as hell person saying. What do you want? I turn and say nails for me and a manicure for my daughter. He doesn't even look at me when he says, we are not doing nails. I wait thinking he just paused to give an explanation but he doesn't so I'm like WTF!!!? Rude. So I just turn and leave. He needs to learn a thing or two on customer service. *long review but PLEASE read An older woman (never got her name) with extremely shaky hands put gel on my nails. I originally asked for a manicure & gel on my hands. I am 9 1/2 months pregnant & started to experience Braxton Hicks & quickly asked if she could just do gel on my nails. She then started to talk about me in her native tongue because I heard in English "I don't feel well". I asked if her if she was talking about me & she said, "Yes. I am telling them you don't feel well & you don't want a manicure". I said yes, that is correct. I don't feel well and want to go home. First, she filed them crooked, leaving them uneven & making some nails shorter than others. When I asked her to please make them even, she started talking in her native tongue again. She then began the gel process and messed up 2 nails. The fumes were giving me a headache. I asked her if she could please fix them. She was unable to, filed my nails shorter in the process & left one nail extremely thick. At that point I just wanted to leave. When it was time to pay, the older woman wanted to bill me. I told her I wanted to speak to her manager & then I would pay. She then became aggressive & asked why I want to speak with her boss. I told her I was unhappy with the service. I proceeded to speak with the manager and as politely and professional as possible, I explained how unhappy I was with my experience. I asked for a discount. He spoke to the older woman in his native tongue and he said that she denied making some nails shorter than the rest. After hesitation, he gave me an $8 discount. I paid & left the woman a $5 tip because I acknowledged she spent time on my nails. I thanked the manager for understanding and was about to leave when the older woman started yelling at me. She said she never wanted to see me in there again. She called me a robber and said I stole from her. She was following me out of the salon, yelling at me and becoming very aggressive. I told her as calmly as possible to please calm down and that she is being very aggressive & to refrain from using that tone. She was yelling at me as I was walking to the car, with the manager behind her, defending her. People from the other stores came out to see the commotion. *I implore you to STAY AWAY from this establishment!!!!! read more

I've tried many nail shops around my area this one seems to be the best in my opinion. Chris does an amazing job with acrylic nails and eyebrows... My eyebrows are just too bushy. Each time I go there in the morning there is a line just for him and a long wait... But its completely worth it. Danny, Chris' dad also does a fantastic job with acrylic nails and eyelash extensions.
