Popped into Oddcha for my matcha fix, and honestly, the online ordering is such a lifesaver for busy days. Being able to order ahead on the website and just grab-and-go is a game-changer. My favorite place to get a boba I came here with my daughter and I ordered a matcha boba with ube. Just delicious ! It was loaded with ube at the bottom and so many bobas in my drink! Loved the option to add oatmilk as an alternative to milk. So many variations to choose from! Service was fast and friendly! It's located in the Taste of Thai. Quality/Quantity - We are already regular customers. See my 5 star review under Thai Lotus and all of my pictures. But I just noticed that even though we are regular customers for years, I have never written a review under your Oddcha brand! Today we got the following: Mango Supreme - 100% as suggested. Very good, but next time I will ask for less sugar as it is my personal preference. Strawberry Milk Bar - My wife's order with less sugar. She enjoyed her drink, but forgot to add boba to her order... Just means we will be back for even more!! My daughter is a regular customer; she probably comes TOO often. I see from my past photos that she enjoys your Milk Tea Boba and Mango Brulee. Ambiance - Decent size location. Cool decor. Oddcha part of the business is to-go. Well, I have never seen people just come in and sit to just drink boba. Plenty of mall parking. The restaurant has indoor/outdoor seating. The outdoor seating is being built and I did not take any pictures as the contractor would have been in them. Free wifi but I did not use it. The restaurant has a Gluten Free menu available upon request. Open 6 days a week from 11am to 8:30pm. Closed Sundays. Service - Great system, congrats! Easy online ordering. A text message when the order is done and it was on time! Slight confusion when we arrived to pick up. As the scarf of the bear covered our name and order #, lol. So the poor guys had to check every single order for our order. Can I suggest lowering the slip on the bottle...? But the guys were friendly and inviting. Also hard workers as this was a busy time of day. Oh - You NEED a tip jar; I just handed them a cash tip. Price - $13 each + generous tip. 10/10 experience! I'm so grateful to be part of the Yelp Elite Squad because it gave me the chance to discover this spot. I ended up getting the mango drink, and my plus one ordered the Oreo drink with oat milk, lightly sweetened. Both drinks were beautifully presented and tasted great. The service was wonderful, and the overall experience felt very welcoming. I also didn't realize they serve Thai food here the aroma coming from the kitchen smelled amazing and definitely caught my attention.This place could easily get overlooked because of its location, but I'm really glad I stopped by and gave it a try. Never have been a fan of BOBA. But I've ALWAYS loved milk tea, Thai tea and other combinations. What makes this place so good is you can customize your tea experience so well! We ordered in advance from our phones and all the check boxes are easy to mix and match what you are looking for. I ventured into the not too sweet choice and truly (!) I am glad I did! Also had oatmilk for a switch up. Delish!!! And the totally cute reusable bottle shaped like a bear! We've also discovered Thai Lotus restaurant. We will come try it out as we were between lunch and dinner hours when we arrived. Oodcha is nestled in at the cash register of the restaurant. They seem to be adding on a bit of space which I believe would do well with a boba tea window and seating just for the drink part of the biz. Since you order solely on the kiosk, all that's needed of a window is to hand the drinks through. IMHO, I hope that's what is happening, as there ARE some dining tables right there at the cashier station, if people were eating it would feel like we were hovering while waiting for our drinks. So, the website has all these cute bottles but the menus inside are all in standard plastic cups (still reusable) and less expensive than the shaped bottles. Finally got to try out Oddcha and was impressed by the quality of my drink. I ordered the Matcha Gold and the deep, ceremonial grade matcha flavor was apparent even as a frozen/blended option. The "gold" part of the drink is due to the piece of honeycomb candy stuck in at the top, but it didn't really add to the overall flavor until about halfway through when it must have had time to dissolve a bit and was actually really tasty! Service was good, I was promptly greeted at the counter and my order was taken right away. I was asked if I wanted to add anything to the drink, like boba or jelly, and also what my sweetness preference was which I really appreciate. There is a self order kiosk when you first walk in which is nice so you don't have to wait to order if they're busy at the counter with the restaurant customers. Tried Boba for the first time and must say it was pretty good. Something different for sure. I did not get the popping Boba but more of a gummy ball type Boba? Opted for the black tea. I went here and got the winter melon drink with boba and it was amazing! It tasted like a sweet milky tea with some melon flavor, just all around super tasty. One of my new favorite flavors for sure! They offer a variety of drinks, but their most popular options are matcha-based. After placing my order, my drink was ready in about 10 minutes. They were a grab-and-go type of shop, but they offer a couple of tables outside for seating. I'll admit, I had pretty high expectations because of the prices--but they didn't disappoint. Their drinks were only available in a large size. They even gave me a free bottled matcha latte with my order, which was a nice surprise. My only complaint was the boba. We did the kiosk because we didn't see that counter initially, so next time we'll do that! 8/1/2024- Running errands today. My perfect stop to try the new boba shop.. I didn't realize it was in the same restaurant (Thai Lotus).. I love the milk teas- not so much the boba- but really wanted to try the Crème Brûlée.. Price within reason for a boba shop. Lots of varieties to choose from. Cute cups too!.. It took a bit, but well worth the wait.. I could honestly smell the burnt caramelization you would find on an actual brûlée.. First tip: sip thru without a straw to get the creme brûlée flavor.. then drop your straw down for all the creamy goodness.. Stopped by after picking up my son from school. Place was fairly empty except for about 3 students who had ordered before us and got their drinks shortly after we walked in, and some others that came in after us. I ordered the Thai Twister and my son ordered the Unicorn Cotton Candy. We waited around 15 minutes for our drinks, felt like a long wait despite not a lot of people being around. The unicorn drink was overly sweet in my opinion, but I'm not big into cotton candy flavored things. It also had a cheesecake type of flavor to it. The Thai twister was really delicious. Initially, all I tasted was the Thai tea, but after mixing it, I tasted the other flavors. I overhead a conversation between some customers wanting to order up at the counter and an employee that might be helpful to those who use the reward points system. The customers paid cash and wanted to have their points added to their rewards account. Apparently, this can't be done if you pay cash. You have to order through the tablet screen by the door and pay with card to get your rewards account points. Overall, I enjoyed the Thai twister and would come back.
