The drinks were great, but....The matcha powder was NOT blended well before mixing in with the drinks There were so much clumps of matcha in each cups and it was a little gross to have to "chew" on it as I drank the matcha drinks. Maybe next time I'll try their coffee selections instead. Willing to give it another try since the flavors were okay :)

Overall, I think the quality is quite good. The Customer Service was another story. The employees in the food section were unfriendly and almost on the verge of being rude. I have always had great Customer Service when I order coffee (which is a different section), so I was very surprised. Not sure if I will be back for food, but will always come back for coffee.

Baristas are super friendly and the menu features all the faves from Reno, and then some! Here's the rub. It's hidden in a quiet corner of the best shopping center in all of Sparks. You've got CnC, Mountain Mike's, Smashin' Good Times, Paleteria del Angel, and Shang Hai restaurant all in the same spot, and you can have one helluva day just bouncing from one to the other.
