I had a terrible tooth/teeth ache on Sunday, called Dr Delz office on Monday and they said "Come right on in!". I had never beent here before but had heard many good reports about Dr Delz.... they were right! Having had good to great dentists all my life (until I moved to South Florida) I do not have the usual fear of dentists. (Should have had with my previous South Florida dentist, though.) Dr Delz is the equal of the best dentists I have had. Yay! Now, I have a dentist I can go to regularly, too. Back to the root canal. No pain... not even when I got the injection of the pain killer. I don't remember being that lucky before. And Dr Delz had to work on the tooth farthest back on the bottom of my mouth. I had to wonder how he would even be able to get to it. (My mouth doesn't have a 90 degree hinge.) But he did get to it and he did the root canal in what I considered a short time for the operation. (I have had three previous root canals.) The time may have been short but the service, caring and sense of humor were not short. If you can chuckle while having a root canal you are either having an impromptu one in a bar after a drinking binge. Or, you are in very good and experienced hands and with a person who has empathy. I looked around, I was not in a bar! And I was only on the hydrocodone for one day! Thank you, Dr Delz for getting me out of pain so quickly and so expertly.
