Even before I describe the service, Brian himself is a genuinely nice guy. He is easy to talk to, very humble, and appropriate for all types of occasions. In this case our wedding. Brian showed up earlier than he needed to be, and we took advantage cause plans had changed and we had to go early. NOW, for the part where Brian was in the position to save the day. My wife could not find her veil and myself and the rest of my groomsmen had no choice but to go to the church already. We were scrambling to find a store and we found one. We just needed to find someone to get it. Then BRIAN just volunteered and said he would get it. WOW! I bet you not a lot of limo services would do that. He was already getting all the information and ready to save the day! Fortunately they found the veil, but just the fact that Brian was ready to go out of the way shows a lot. As for the service itself, it was just as great as Brian himself as a person. His ride is clean and spacious! The interior was clean and roomy. Really nothing to complain about. Found a review on Citysearch or somewhere else, looked them up and their web site looked decent. They apparently cover the whole Bay Area - don't let "Brentwood" deter you (as it almost did for me). Gave them a try, and they were reasonable, flexible on how to pay them, and the two drivers (Michael and Dia) we got were professional, timely and efficient. Also the car was not authorized to work out of SFO. I guess there is a lot of paperwork and permits required and the particular car that was coming to get us was not permitted. We weren't as upset about that as that the driver did not have a valid driver's license. The company told us to take a cab and they would reimburse us and now refuse to do so. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THESE GUYS UNLESS THEY GET THEIR ACT TOGETHER!
