I have stayed at this hotel three or four times and boy has it really gone down downhill I had been up for 20 hours and was extremely exhausted and as I was checking the room and out in the hallway, you could see all the dust and dirt along the baseboards behind the bed and the nightstand there was candy, wrappers dirt, and some little worm on one of the beds. There was a chunk taken out of it. I looked up at the smoke alarm and it was covered with Something. The floors had all stains on them. This was room 314. I always travel with Lysol and Lysol wipes so I can clean myself. The bedding looked very old and because it was graduation weekend I had to pay more than normal, which is an outrage. I had to get up very early in the morning. There was no breakfast yet. I will definitely not be back to this hotel. I know there are better ones and will find one. The owner and manager ought to be ashamed of themselves. Maybe they need to go up and take a look at what's being done in the rooms and in the hallways the hotel needs to be updated once you get past the lobby it's like stepping back in the Victorian days, save yourself some time and find something different

There was no where to set our stuff down so I set it on the edge of room on the ground. No big deal. they kept splashing him and jumping in around him. He kept swallowing water and I was afraid he'd soon throw up, so that didn't go great. The kids had water toys and instead of spraying each other they shot it at our towels and the ceiling (where their parents weren't sitting). Kids are playing and the pool is small. I'm not too bent out of shape about that but it definitely set a tone for our visit. We were on the 3rd floor with what I have to imagine was a large group of unsupervised teens. Again, I'm not trying to be a stick in the mud so I let them run the hall, throwing cookies at each other until about 11pm. It was so loud I went out to make sure someone wasn't injured, they were screaming so intensely. I called the desk and told them, they said they'd look into it. Sadly it didn't stop the boys and it continued until about 1 in the morning. I don't really blame the hotel as much as the 'parents' but I paid over $150 to not really be able to swim or sleep. The hotel was very clean and the breakfast was pretty solid for a buffet.

We have had several issues related to appliances not working properly (ie: tv, refrigerator and air conditioner). This past stay they knowingly put us in a room, that had a non-working air-conditioning unit. The general manager (Lavet Diamond) was nothing short of rude during our check in process. My fiancé ( whom is a vet ) had asked there was a discount for Veterans. He had asked several times what the discount would be ( if any) and she refused to answer the question. She gave us what the bottom line was on the room.. so it seemed a little suspect as to if we were even getting a discount or not. I don't think we did as this is the price we have paid in the past. Another disappointment was finding out that they now charge a five dollar parking fee per vehicle... Instead of putting it into the actual price of the room, they told us that upon departure that we needed to pay this five dollar fee if we were going to park our cars in the lot ( this was blamed on corporate per Lavet) r/t a new corporate policy . Otherwise, our other option would be to park next door at Arby's. I do want to give a shout out to Bobby Brossoit he was very polite and professional. Congratulations on your engagement... We got in pretty late from our flight, but the front concierge Jacob was very helpful! I am high on customer service especially since it's a huge part of my job in IT. Having Jacob display great service and being knowledgeable about the area as well as the benefits of staying was great! They did an amazing job with this hire. As far as the room, it was clean and modern. It came with a small refrigerator and a nice closet to hang or store your items. The bathroom was nice and bright and the shower had cool little dispensers for the soap and shampoo which actually smelled great! I highly recommend this place due to the nice service provided and the modernization of the hotel!

To start with there was no elevator, but it is only a 2 level hotel. I like that all rooms exit to the outside. The rooms were very clean and the water was hot enough to scald. There is an onsite pool, but you will have to walk outside from your room to get to the pool. The pool is in the office building. Nice clean pool. Great staff. All were friendly and welcoming. Special shout out to the "young lady" helping with the morning breakfast. She was so sweet and kept the food fresh and the area spotless. She is a gem!
