The employees are wonderful. They helped us locate a particular style of shoes for my picky son and didn't mind when he tested them by running around the store. And when it was time to pay, they made sure that the boxes contained the correct size shoes and stacked all the coupons I accumulated to maximize my discount. Service with a smile and then some. I went in to buy a pair of shoes that were advertised as on sale, only to find that they were actually charging full price for them. Went in on the evening of 4/17 just before closing. Can't remember the ladie's name unfortunately that helped us, she had long brown hair but wanted to say she went out of her way to go above and beyond and provide us with stellar service. We asked a couple of questions regarding cheerleading shoes and she walked us over to the correct area and then she went and picked out five or six different shoes for my daughter to try. I bought two of the same shoe that was part of their BOGO sale. It was a good find because I could not find anyone else offering any type of discount on this shoe. They did not have my size so they had to place an online order for me. I ordered two different colors in my size, then I sent a message to the website the next morning asking to change one of the colors. I had to go exchange the shoes back at the store for another home delivery. I have the shoes I want now. Pros: -Shoes seemingly defect-free -Two store associates and one store associate over the phone pleasant and helpful. -Receipt said 7-10 business days for deliveries, but I got both of mine in around 2-3 days. Con: -While logged in, the website showed my order under my account, but it still made me put in the tracking number and email to track my package, and it was not able to recognize it. -I sent a message through the website, and they did not respond. - My name was spelled as "RICHARDO" on my initial receipt even after giving her my DL for my information. I thought correcting it on the website fixed it, but no, it was on the shipping label of the second delivery. This particular misspelling of my name happens way too often for me, and is now a huge pet peeve of mine. You guys can have the fifth star if you respond telling me it is changed in the system. read more

Should have stopped in here, because the prices at other shoe stores are no way close to some of the deals I got here today. Place is clean and a pleasant lady named Valerie was cleaning up the place and assisted me. She had great knowledge of the line of products that she sells. She also noticed a slight flaw in a shoe and immediately removed it from the salesfloor. That was cool. At checkout Stephanie was really great and pleasant and got me out of there really quick. Hmmm, I haven't been to this side of the mall in a while so I was surprised to see this new store. Looks good from the outside. Big with lots of selection, so we went in. There were 2 people at the cashier counter when we walked in. Greeted us but weren't really that helpful, we had to ask where the men's section was. It was a Saturday and it wasn't packed, there were only four other people in there. Anyways got my son his new pair if kicks and black Nike socks. No one is gonna say Hello, is there anything you're looking for? Oh casual sandals, they're over there. You have to walk down every aisle and browse in order to find if there is a style you like. Pleasant 2 visits! The customer service I received from Arianna and Raeschel (hope I spelled her name right) were very helpful. Both visits, I was greeted and asked if I needed help. Even though I didn't need any assistance, it was nice for them to ask. I came here for some running shoes, and walked into a BOGO50 deal, which was very convenient. I needed shoes, and my brother needed shoes. During checkout in my first visit, Arianna told me there was a $10 online coupon for purchases over$65. Even more perfect! I decided to get some Nike slip-on sandals and Addida socks to take advantage of the deal. Second visit, I came to do an exchange on my brother's shoes. I walked out with the exchanged pair and another pair to stock up for my bro. This time Raeschel reminded my of the $10 coupon and told me I had rewards which I used and only had to pay $30 rather than $70. This shoe store is a new addition to Westfield West Covina. The store is huge and very spacious. Appears to be very clean & nicely organized. Sales representatives are also very helpful & nice. You can find a wide selection of shoes for men, women & children. I've only browsed through women's shoe. They have a nice selection of flats, heels, & boots. Wish they had more designer brands, but prices seem decent. My $20 off coupons came in handy. I was able to find four pairs of cute flats for work. Be sure to take advantage of Encore Rewards. At the bottom of your receipt you'll find a dollar amount which you can redeem on your next visit. So far I have collected $10 (valid until April 2013). I can redeem it now of wait until I collect more rewards. Dilemma! Overall, store is well kept. New store is clean & nicely organized. Sales representatives are also very helpful & nice. read more

Anytime I can get shoes that are regularly priced for $95 +tax for only $35 I'm happy! I love this place, but I've had to cut back because the girls that work there started to know me by name. They also have a rewards program where you get $15 off when you reach a certain number of points. I've found they've had a few great deals in the clearance racks where their already discounted shoes are marked an additional 10-70% off. Since I have small feet, so I want some sneakers I can shop in the kids section too and their shoes are always less expensive. One of the perks of being petite with little feet. This store is great because it's close to home, but if I feel like taking a drive to the Ontario Mall the outlet store has an even bigger section on shoes which I love too. read more

She is very friendly and has a warm welcoming smile. Throughout the transaction she was extremely patient even though a line of customers was forming. I shopped at the store late Saturday night. My son's shoe size is wide and i have been having a hard time looking for one. I found a shoe but, the store don't have the right size. A young lady named Rachel was the associate who helped me. She told me that she can do a charge send for me if can find the shoe in another store. Luckily, she was able to located the shoe. She was very knowledgeable on the merchandise and she explained how the sizes run. She end up the sale by asking me if I needed extra merchandise like socks. She told me about the point program of the store and how I can accumulate points every time I buy a merchandise from the store. When I left the store, I accidentally left my wallet at the counter. I only found out when I was about to go to bed. It was already late for me to call. I was so desperate, because in my wallet were my credit cards, and few $100.00 dollar bills. I thought, that I had a slim chance of getting it back. The next morning I called the store and to my relief, they have my wallet. I was really impressed by Rachel's honesty. The store is VERY LUCKY to have an honest employee. I hope the store appreciate her, because I do. I got my wallet back the same way I left it.
