It did need most of the fluids changed and the AC charged. It is 25 years old and I expected to have to do some work on it, but the body and inside is in beautiful condition. The man he spoke to said they had no other appointments open to test drive / buy a car for the evening (it was 7PM), but he did offer an appointment the next morning at 10:30. He accepted and went down, fell in love and purchased. The no haggle made it easy. We already had financing in place from USAA, so he was in and out in a little under 3 hours. If you know what you want & you're willing to pay the prices it's an easy spot to buy a car. You do not keep the bow, tho.

I literally cried in the parking lot because I love this car so much. A friend of mine recommended Universal Motorcars and honestly thank god she did. Now I'm no car expert but even I know that black pearlescent is SO hard to match. I was terrified they'd get it slightly off and I'd be stuck with a car that looks patchy forever. I kept googling horror stories lol. When I went to pick it up I was genuinely nervous. Walked around the whole car, looked at it in the sun, took like 50 photos and I could not find the repair. Like at all. The color is perfect, the finish is perfect, everything matches. I actually texted my friend immediately like "I can't believe this." If you've had an accident and you have a Lexus please just go to Universal Motorcars. Especially if you have a dark colored car. They clearly know what they're doing and honestly the whole experience was so much less stressful than I expected. 10/10 would recommend

After 3 times attempting to contact this location, and receiving no callback I wrote a 1 star review and drove over to speak with someone personally. This is where I met my new service advisor Jonathan. He immediately heard me out, understood my frustrations and jumped to providing me some base line pricing. He went further to see if he could get me scheduled with an appointment to complete the check up and oil change. I went home and deleted my review, as I now knew I was set up with a new advisor and in good hands. I dropped my truck off the following day at 7:30am and Jonathan was there to greet me. He made sure to share a phone number with me right away that also left the window open for text messages. He contacted me around noon to let me know my truck was overall in good health but that I was going to need new front and rear breaks. He let me know that with the weight of my vehicle I should get them fixed before I head out for my road trip. We made a plan to do other recommended services in increments. We moved forward with the repairs. He contacted me within just a few hours to let me know my truck was ready for pick-up. When I arrived, Reya greeted me at the cashier department and was warm and inviting. She was able to get me processed and out the door quickly. It's important to celebrate when a company has great team members. Jonathan is a critical reason why I came back to this Toyota location and not another.

You already promised me that car and then let someone sell it for more money while I'm at the table doing paperwork for it????? Second experience... I needed a tire for my car and they were the only dealership that had it so I had to come here to get service. I made an appointment and called them and they had the tire in stock and was put on hold for my appointment. I had to tow my car here and pay for the tow and take the day off work. I get there only to find out that after I had my car towed there they sold the tire that they had on hold for me and told me that I can come back the next day when I already have to go to work the next day when I took today off. So long story short they had to go find a tire cause I wasn't gonna put up with that and I got there at 9:30 AM and it is 5 PM and still waiting for my car because they had to do a recall on it and they decided to wait five hours to do the recall on an appointment I had in the morning. What an unprofessional disaster this place is. I will walk in the Vegas heat before I ever do business with this dealership again. And I highly suggest everybody look for another dealership if you want to save yourself the pain in trouble of dealing with them. Never again!
