First off, dog friendly patio. I have come to really like this little place. It has a family owned vibe, the servers are friendly, attentive and fast. The service here is top shelf. The food is simple and good. The ABC burger is solid and the salads are fresh tasty and good. The food overall is fresh with a pared down simple style. The plates, silverware and napkins are excellent quality which is a detail that is overlooked in lots of places. This is a good meal when you're hungry and well worth supporting. Is this a 5 star review, well no. The food is fresh and not pretentious so it may disappoint some, but I support good effort and I always leave satisfied. read more

I had heard they had great burgers as well as their breakfast offerings so gave it a try. I had a blue burger and the avocado was perfectly ripe, complimenting the blue cheese really well. The burger was also cooked exactly as requested. Just went to this restaurant for breakfast. Had to wit for table which was in the process of being cleared for us...we had been waiting 10 mins for the table. A car pulled into lot...4 people got out walked into the restaurant and were immediately seated I. The booth we had been waiting on. We stopped for lunch and split the Blue burger. Medium rare. It came on a brioche bun with avocado. Melt in your mouth!!! Service was on point and the place had inside and outside dining. It was also full inside and outside so there might be a little wait. This was Sunday at noon so we expected it. We spoke with the server and she said it changed name and owner a little over a year ago. A previous server bought it from the previous owner. Super annoyed with this place. I live right down the street and decided to try it for the first time this morning. I ordered a sausage link burrito with country potatoes inside and a ham breakfast sandwich on sourdough. Got home only to find that I did not get what I ordered. My sandwich was on English muffin and I hate English muffins. The burrito has hash browns inside and I hate hash browns. The point of ordering pick up was so I didn't have to cook at home. Now I have tear my food apart and fix their F up. Probably will never go here again if they can't make a simple breakfast sandwich or burrito. read more

The food is incredible and the staff are so thoughtful! I wish I had taken a picture of the food, but we just went for it as soon as it came out. We had the specials of the dulce de Leche French toast and the off the 8 skillet (topped with chorizo). Highly recommend both. We just had regular coffees, but when the waitress found out we were making the trip back to phoenix, she urged some coffee on the go. The food is great. I love the little outdoor seating. This place used to be Franco's and we visited often. We have been a few times since they switched to new owners. They are pretty busy for weekend breakfast and the service is decent. We had the chorizo Benedict which was very great. They give you three eggs which seems likes too much for a breakfast meal but is still very good. My husband had the chicken fried steak which is alway so yummy. Great job. The food here is a little more on the pricier side but the portions are pretty generous. We got there at the perfect time as more people kept showing up. The servers were very busy but were very attentive and made sure we were enjoying our food & service throughout our visit. Despite it being pretty packed the food came pretty quickly and was very delicious. I ordered chocolate pancakes with hash brown & bacon, I would give the whole meal a 7.5 /8 out of 10. The pancakes were very delicious and cooked just right on the other hand the bacon and hash brown just wasn't the greatest. The hash brown tasted like it might've had freezer burn ? Not sure if they use fresh potatoes or not but the taste just wasn't very flattering. The bacon was okay just a little undercooked to my liking. Went to eat here this morning. Initially the staff seemed very friendly. We were the first to arrive for the wait list. 3 groups arrived after us and were seated before us. As a business owner myself I find this incredibly disrespectful. I am happy to be patient and wait for my time in line. But to be disregarded in such a way not by just the staff but by the owner themselves. This review should be of no surprise to the owner as we explained their lack of respect toward a customer would be published on their reviews. We drove out of our way to try and support this small business which makes their condescension even more frustrating. Thus attitude with their team was essentially it is what it is.
