I recently went into this dispensary for the first time. I was with a few friends who are also there for the first time. One of my friends had asked to use the bathroom and two employees told him yes. Then I walk up to the register and this blonde girl petite had a nasty attitude about letting my male friend use the restroom after two other employees had told him yes and we verified that to employees told him yes. And she then proceeded to check me out with an attitude and be very rude to my boyfriend about how rules are rules. Overall my experience with every other employee was happy and fruit for an informational. She was the only employee to be so rude to me that it made my boyfriend walk out because he didn't like the negativity. I've come here a while. It has gone extremely downhill. The works are trash and they don't know much about weed because they're so high themselves they can't think straight. Nick is a great budtender and he's the only one I ACTUALLY like to get checked out by. I've had awful experiences here and very good ones. Irene is an awful budtender who gave out my personal info and violated HIPA. The budtenders have stopped being good, I used to love talking to them and getting their recommendations. But now, I just ask "what's your favorite?" and get the EXACT OPPOSITE and it's 10x better than what they recommend me. HOPE they get better staff soon :/ read more

Not only we have to deal with the BS rules they have, but week to week they can't even do things right. They deliver only twice a day to north side even tho they have a shop in vista and it's at 11:30am and 7:30pm which turns into a all evening until 10pm each time... . They forget, don't make it in time even though when we would place an order early they'd tell us we have plenty of time... pack the wrong order, or forget things(ALL THE TIME) we have to wait for a replacement or reorder until the next day... awful delivery service... walk in shop is alright but delivery service is trash. Not to mention it's the worst driver crew I've ever experienced. Not a single one was normal, professional and without leaving a bad taste in your mouth. Me and fiancé have been getting deliveries for years as well as working in the dispensary delivery services ourselves and this one is pretty damn sad. Last night they told us they "didn't pack the order in time" so they'll have to reschedule with apologies and discount (at 7:20pm) and today they changed the order total and upped it $20 bucks saying their minimum (prior to taxes) went up but nothing was said yesterday to us... y'all were lucky people were ordering anything given your prices weren't the worse but now there ain't no reason to get a crappy delivery with high taxes and order for a higher amount only due to those taxes and on delivery y'all can't even come thru on... gtfo man... enjoy no customers. Ashley and her delivery team have been extremely disappointing too many times. They have a time deadline that is 15min prior to the delivery being sent out. If you do not order AT LEAST 30min before the time deadline , you will most likely have something wrong with your delivery. The delivery team lacks flexibility and communication skills. I've been going to the store in Vista for a couple years now. When I first joined they were medical so I had to provide a medical recommendation. And I also provided a copy of my drivers license which they kept on file. Dispensaries are now recreational so the only concern as far as admitting someone into the store should be that they're of legal age. I'm 60 years old and a regular customer. And I look 60. Well, I go in their today to make a purchase and go to get my drivers license out of my wallet and can't find it. Had it out a few days ago and must have misplaced it. Anyway, I asked them what their concern is. Is it my age? They have a copy of my drivers license on file. They can pull it up and see it's me. Nope. They wouldn't t let me in. And both the security guard and person behind the glass were very rude. Zero customer service skills. Like they enjoyed turning paying customers away. I called the store when I got home and got a manager who was also rude once she realized who I was because she said she was told about the exchange and that I "got irate" . I never got irate. I was visibly frustrated. If the person behind the counter took that as irate, so be it. She's in the customer service business. If she can't deal with problems or customer complaints and do it professionally, she's going to lose customers. I won't go back there. I guarantee you their attitude is that they are so busy, they don't care. That might work now. But there are other dispensaries and more will pop up in the future. read more
