We were on the STRUGGLE BUS to find a solid bar for our friend's bachelorette on a Saturday night in the Ozarks. We had visited at least one other bar and it had been a bust and eventually we decided to just drive down the main street near our lakehouse and see what seemed to be the place to be. Enter Alley Cat's. This bar reminded me (in a good way) of the college bars I used to frequent when I was in my 20s. The drinks were affordable, the music was good, the bathroom lines were long, but that's to be expected. It was packed, but we had a really fun time dancing, singing, and enjoying some cocktails. On a related note, we also ended up getting some pizza from here and for it being from a bar it was really pretty great. I'd absolutely eat it again, and even though I'm not a huge party bar kind of person, I had a fun time here and I'd certainly recommend this place for anyone looking to go out on the town while visiting the Lake of the Ozarks.
