This was our first visit. It was a beautiful sunny day - in the low 80's. We arrived about 12:30 pm - there were a lot of folks there. We were able to get a seat right away - but it was in the full sun. Fortunately, after 15 or 20 minutes a table with an umbrella opened up and the hostess moved us. We ended up in the shade with a view overlooking the marina. Nice. The service was leisurely - the entire lunch took almost 1.5 hours - very pleasant. Staff very nice. I had the pulled pork platter and my wife had the hamburger platter. Both were standard bar fare. The only comment is that both the fries and the onion rings had been sitting for a while before being served. Lunch with tip and no alcoholic beverage was about $50.00. Go for the destination - not the food.

Boston style Lobster roll (with butter) and smashed onions.

Go for the view and ambience dockside eyeing boats, the marina, and an adorable quaint lighthouse! Casual with outdoor seating, this place also boasts live music. Props too for an ice cream window off the main restaurant. I'd say the menu is small but it's just that kind of "crab shack eating" that is relaxed and perfect for a gorgeous night. I got the Lobster roll (with butter, not a mayo fan) and smashed onions on the side. I'd have much preferred onion rings as these were like soggy limp noodles/strings with no bite to them. That being said, the roll was a TON of buttery sweet lobster, LOADED. My husband dove right into his fried fish platter which as enormous but the standout was the fried scallops, tender not rubbery, succulent, melt in your mouth with the great fried bite. For a kickback date night or family outing, give it a try. My son raved about the cheese quesadilla and fries. Little fun side note, my husband loved that they put a splash of pineapple juice in his margarita!

Great location, cold beer, wait staff were on their game. Chowder thick and creamy, calamari, i believe was frozen and not so good

I went to Off the Hook once and knew I'd be back. It's a really cool atmosphere, all outdoor seating on the water in Fairhaven, overlooking boats. There's live music and bingo. Nice crowd and the staff was friendly. The food and drinks tasted great.

The staff was rude, the drinks were undrinkable. Never going back. To bad because it's in a nice spot.

Great fish and chips. Their mudslides are fantastic. A great (but busy) place to spend a sunny Sunday afternoon.

As a go to, you can't go wrong with the Reuben. I had to look under the buttery marble rye to convince myself that there wasn't bacon on it, but dang it's the so smoky and crisp pastrami that will fool you too. Honestly, tonight I ventured off the Reuben for the first time, BUT word was, from the local next to me munching on the Cubano that he calls da' bomb, he told me the cheesesteak is right in line with the rest of the offerings. Verdict: I don't know if the chef is a beer drinker but he plates a beer drinkers meal. First bite of the cheesesteak was a little bready, and I started thinking I should have stuck with the staples. Second bite changed everything. I'm not going into the gooey, orgasmic details, it was just phenomenal. The star of the show was the bread. The same bread that caused me hesitation on the first bite. Incredible. I'm coming back for every sandwich on the menu, and you should too!

The whole place has that genuine hometown vibe that's getting harder to find, plus consistently great live music (Sundays especially). It's on the smaller side, but they somehow pack the place without sacrificing service, which says a lot. When the weather warms up, they open up a large alley next to the pub for live music--and that's where this place really shines. On a crisp fall day? Forget about it... that's exactly where I want to be. Good food, good people, good music--what more do you need? Enjoy the good times ahead.

It's cute inside but a reservation is definitely a good idea as it was quite crowded. The drinks that we tried were all quite tasty. The calamari was good. The fried chicken Caesar wrap was great. It didn't have croutons so beware if you're looking for that, but it had great flavor. I was a little hesitant to have the peanut butter thing cheesecake as I don't know why you'd stray from the peanut butter thing. That being said, it was delicious and I would definitely get it again.

It opened at 11:30 so we arrived close to that time, with no reservation. The decor was beautiful and with a fresh nautical feel. We were greeted warmly when we walked in the door and seated right away by the window with a view of the harbor and boats. Our waitress came over right away and gave us our menus - three of them. One was a regular menu, one was lunch specials, and I think the other one was for Chef's selections. I ordered the Chicken Carbonara on the lunch menu and it was amazing! The portion was just enough and was very flavorful and fresh. My friends had chicken Caesar salad and a mixed bowl (not sure about this one). I didn't take pics of our food because we all just dove right in, but I DID take a picture of our dessert. OMG it was bread pudding with fresh whipped cream and ice cream - soooo good!! The place filled up pretty quickly by the time we left it was full. The prices were reasonable and the wine was just fine! I wish I could remember the waitresses name to give her a shout out because she was a doll! Can't wait to visit again!
