Instead of being a jerk and turning left out of the gas exit, you turn right (like the sign says). Turn right at the next major street, Bradley. About 1/2 a mile it's on the corner of Bradley and Van Nuys. The food truck is inside a nice paved parking lot. The building is easy to spot and lots of visible signs. The guy taking my order was super nice and patient while I decided. I wasn't really hungry but they're closed on Mondays so I took chicken to go. I got the house special Tokyo Tender and Yuzu Sou with sauce on the side. I tried a couple of bites and the chicken was flavorful. Very unique tastes that I've never had before. Chicken itself wasn't as crispy as I hoped. It's basically the same chicken probably tossed in the different sauces. Maybe I would have had a more infused flavor. They have a really nice covered seating area. Big industrial fans but it's still the Valley. I'm too precious to sit in any kind of heat. I loved the murals. It was a super cool vibe. Plus there aren't many taco options for vegetarians. After trying this place at the Encino's Farmers Market, we enquired about catering for my 40th birthday. Price was reasonable and they were available, so we pulled the trigger. Of course, the guest list grew and we had to add more people. Luckily the addition was also reasonable (obviously more than tacos but different and bit more sophisticated). Our party started at 6PM, they arrived at 5:30 and basically just drove their truck into our driveway. They plugged into our outdoor outlet and were ready to rock and roll. Guests started to roll in and just went up to the truck to order. It was easy - no set up, no clean up. Everyone really enjoyed the crepes - we got both savory and sweet. So I personally had a chicken pesto crepe and got a strawberry nutella dessert crepe. Very great experience and appreciate their punctuality, flexibility and yummy crepes!!! They even provided gluten free dough, which was really cool!

The Sosis Bandari was a German all-beef hotdog diagonally sliced and sauteed with onions, then stacked into a submarine bread with tomatoes. The bread was the only good part. The shawarma was thought to be the okay thing to order. Wrong! Burnt chicken. Possibly OLD burnt chicken. Thrown in a wrap with some onions and parsley. Nothing redeeming The burger came with fries. The fries were probably the best part of all the food, although it was not crunchy and could've been fried for slightly longer. This is a Persian-Armenian store, so the burger itself is seasoned as so. Although the woman at the front was very nice and explained that they make "smash burgers," it is anything but. It's probably cooked on a griddle, but we will never know as the food is made in the back. The burger patty itself was not crispy at all, no edges crispy or anything, it was just cooked well. The wait time.... After about 30 minutes, the "cook" or butcher or whatever he was, came running out to grab some tomatoes.
