This place started off great but has definitely gone down over the years. The trampolines are old dirty and worn. The toddler area lacks imagination and on a busy night there is barely room to move. Now today after numerous visits wearing my cross body closed purse I was told to put it in a locker (that had a broken payment machine) or not jump. I was also told I could not rest it on the platform.....There was literally NO ONE else in the area. The child worker there is rude and butt hurt at my sarcasm of noting the same The management team supported this arbitrary rule enforcement despite no posted or stated warning advising no purses are allowed. I was denied a refund by Julian citing Groupon, the point of purchase, as the entity to issue a refund. Groupon now says the merchant is tHe refunder. Moral of the story: Spend $6 more and go to Gecko Park. Cleaner. Better toddler area. Better games. Better attractions and larger space. Both OFW and @Groupon lost a customer today. read more

Good place for older kids not so much younger ones or toddlers. Lack of adult supervision, only teenagers monitoring activities of jumping. Food expensive and horrible. Mahi-Mahi strips and tartar sauce was BAD . Pizza dried up , French fries overdone and oil soaked . $ 43.00 !!! . read more

12/29/19 If they could get -0stars they would Currently at the davie location. Systems have supposedly been down for about an hour now. Waiting in line STILL and not once has a manger been out to explain the situation! They have a bunch of lil teeny bobbeers working which by the way are just clueless and just huddled in their own groups and hanging out with their own friends! This is ridiculous!!! You would think this so called manger would come out by now but I honestly don't even think there is one working tonight!!! You have a crowd of ppl here waiting for nothing and kids getting disappointed they can't play! Oh and btw we did have to fill out the waiver and that system was up and running. So why weren't the employees stopping us from doing so if the registers to pay were supposedly down instead of wasting time with the waiver and waiting in line for awhile before being told "systems are down" read more

I came to Off The Wall today with my three grandsons and a groupon that expired three years ago. The staff was very helpful in getting me signed up, and accepted the groupon money I had paid which was deducted off my total bill. I expected a hard time considering the age of the groupon but mgmt stepped in and took care of it. The boys had a blast and we will be back for sure! Thx to all involved! read more

So off the wall it's a pretty awesome place, if you have kids. I've been here two times. The first time it was a bday party my daughter got in invited to and the 2nd time it was just myself and my daughter. They have a bar, a plus for me. It's a really cool place for kids to play. Loved it! I have a 2 year old who loves to run and jump and this was perfect for him. Went late morning during the week and we were the only people there! Staff was very nice. They have a full bar and even have Guinness on tap. Definitely cleaner than a Chuck E. Cheese or Dave & Busters. read more

Just checking out the place for a party of 20, was impressed and wanted to book, however catering department was a REAL turnoff. Was going to book 4 activities in the "SOCIAL ROOM" and the arcade. Reservation was going to be after 8, I had 2 teenagers and two 1 month olds. Was told they were strictly not allowed in that room after 8. Come on including the the infants? What are they going to drink besides breast milk!!! The teenagers will not be at the bar, there parents are law abiding citizens, I guess the establishment had problems with some of the Davie parents in the past with their teenagers trying to drink. Also after much conversation, the manager gave me a " Courtesy" of being able to choose the food plattersI wanted instead of their packages. It's too bad the management makes this place stink. This is for the bar only. The place is great otherwise. However, every time we come with our kids to play we sit to drink something and eat. They waitresses just walk by you and ignore your table. They stop to chat with their friends and we end up waiting 15-20 minutes just to get the menu. They need a better manager or more mature staff. read more

where to even begin, i went in on a weekend for my daughter's birthday party. a day that was supposed to be full of fun. instead i walked into a HORRIBLE bartender, when i asked her name she refused to give it to me, i asked a coworker and her name was Chelsea. she was extremely rude, always away from the bar. never coming to check up on my family and i. always speaking to other guest, ignored me as she walked by. i saw her give multiple guess free drinks and when i asked joking if i could have one i was told "why would i give you a free drink". then i overheard her brag to a customer about how much "shit" as she said she steals from her job. i'm so disappointed with this experience, i was so angry. never have i been treated so poorly. never again will i be back. read more

I normally do not right reviews but my experience today at off the wall was awful. From the moment we walked in to purchasing jump passes the lady behind the counter told me I could not use groupons that I purchased. The only reason I went here was to use the passes I purchased. After getting kids situated jumping around went to order lunch and there was only one person working the bar and floor. The soda machine was broken and took about 25 minutes to get resolved and then half of our order took 45 minutes to come out. Working in hospitality for years I understand that mistakes are made and things happen but in this situation I said something to the manager and he was short with me and did not care to listen to what I was trying to say . Instead of holding himself accountable for the mistakes he brushed it off by saying I'll just take an appetizer off the bill thinking that would solve the problem but not addressing the real issue. I get that we are all trying to figure out how to move forward with the pandemic but when you want to operate a business you need to have the correct amount of staff for things to run smoothly and this was far from the case. I am so disappointed with the service today and want everyone to know that while I'm sure you have time off with family over the holidays do not waste your money or time at off the wall because it was truly an awful experience. read more

Very dangerous place for the children. Staff does not understand simple and basic safety procedures. Staff does not pay attention to children. I noticed a few of the teenagers working there hanging around with their friends talking while children are jumping around. Place is very dirty. I work with a summer camp and we went to the Davie location with about 50 campers. When we arrived no one let us know that there wasn't any running water. We didn't notice until the first couple of kids started to ask for water and to use the bathroom. We went to the concession stand twice to ask for water for our campers and both times we were told they could not provide us with water. We then called our director who told us that the manager said to ask for water at the concession. Which we had already done.So with some back and forth between our director and the manager of the facility they finally told us that they would provide us with water but that they only had enough for the 20 most dehydrated kids. So once again with some back and forth between our facilities they then decided to provide EVERYONE with water. Honestly it was annoying, inconvenient, and handled in a totally incorrect manner. We should have been told there was no running water when we arrived so we could plan accordingly and it shouldn't have been a hassle at all to provide water for every child not just a portion of them. The manager Adam was condescending and rude. He lied to us and told us the water hadn't been working for 5 minutes which is not true. It had been almost an hr he was just lying to try to cover for himself. He made it seem like we hadn't already asked the concession for water and that we were being difficult. We were not. He just didn't want to be to blamed for his mishandling of the situation. Ultimately we will no longer be visiting this location due to their negligent customer service. read more

Would give this a zero star if I could. This place has only been opened three weeks and the service from top to bottom sucks!!! I get they may have to deal with kids all the time but even the 50+ year old manager was completely apathetic and useless. Even after I complained I waited nearly 10 minutes to get my bill so I could pay and get the hell out of here. The Food at the Saloon Spirits and Eatery, their "side" restaurant was abismal, almost as bad as the help. I got a steak bowl... steak was old, reheated and mealy and the veggies were microwaved frozen in a bag mix. The slice of reheated cheese pizza we got at the concession stand was better than the supposed restaurant food at the bar area. Great place close to home that you can take the kids for an hour or two out of their day. Great to relieve the boredom. Clean and wonderful to watch the kids jump around and burn off some energy. Was a great concept. Even better to know that it's so close to home. Not too expensive. You would think one hour isn't long enough but as the kids jump for the entire hour they are completely exhausted and sleep very well at night. The arcade is also entertaining. Came here with my kids after school. Was very clean and they had a great time. We were basically the only ones in the place so they were able to jump all over without chaos. I would come here again. The kids (4&7) love it! An hour of bouncing and then time with the arcade games. Pizza is great, other food looked very good too. We had an issue because the dodge ball and trapeze weren't staffed, but when I asked Radame for help, he was awesome and very quick to remedy the problem. Great time! read more

Brought my son to off the wall for a Saturday play time. He loved it... the staff was amazing, the food was good, the beer was cold and he had a blast. The only problem that I had was the pricing of the games. For children's games to win tickets they are charging between $1 and $1.90 per game. That is entirely too much for kids games so they can win 10 -20 tickets per game. If they lower the pricing on the games this will be the best all day entertainment you can get without breaking your wallet. read more
