If I can give 0 stars I would. People at the trampoline area are always on their phone not watching the kids I have proof. There are barely people jumping and my daughter wanted to take a break yells at her to get up. I mean come on there's a better way not yelling. This place has become horrible and dirty. read more

This place has been a go to for my family since it opened. I finally agreed that it was ok to visit once COVID rates were lowered. As my son was picking out his prizes from his points the staff told me they "lost his cards". Suddenly his prize points were taken off the board and I was told he could not redeemed them, unless I had the card. The card I had already turned in to them to redeem the points.... This place is a totally scam. I paid over $100 for my child to play some games only to be ripped off by a bunch of drugged out staff. The staff in prize redemption was literally replaced two times in the 5 minutes we were standing there. The three people that helped us with our prizes were still suddenly confused when our existing prize points were somehow deleted. Each maintained they had no idea that we had the remaining prize points that they were helping us pick for. It was a totally mind warp. I had to walk out just to get away from such stupidity. Reading ALL of my reviews to an ok kid know I do not shame a company who makes mild mistakes. But to STEAL from an innocent child is unacceptable!!! My son is 6 and innocent as can be. There losers that work there were basically accusing him of stealing. This is the LAST time I will step foot in this place. read more

This place has definitely declined! my children and friends went last night . While my son was jumping in the basketball area his foot went through the trampoline into the concrete. Thank God nothing serious happened to him. They also had a 25 year old harassing the younger kids, getting in their face and pushing and all management did was tell the kids to leave the man alone. Staff are very social with each other and mostly are on phones rather than maintaining the safety of the environment and interacting with customers. The young lady at the front desk (visited on 10/25 at 10:15am) seemed irritated she had to get off of her phone to check us in. Moreover, staff uses the facility as a free daycare as there were two children there (4yo and 5yo), who stated their aunt worked there and that didn't have any adult supervision. One child pulled my sons ear, the other was going through the lockers. They were both bringing food/water into the trampoline platforms and were asking me for help to open their food (one kid even asked me to throw away their trash). I pointed this out to the staff who were admittedly too busy talking to me each other and/or on their phones to see what was going on. I will not come back, I recommend coconut creek or rebounderz (even though this is only 5 min away from my home). The team needs more training and to be engaged in their jobs. The owner should not allow team members to use this as a daycare and expect other paying parents to watch their kids. read more

Today they would get zero stars if possible. I can never understand why some bartenders are so slow. Like move with no sense of urgency. It took more than 10 mins for someone to approach us and ask for our drink order. I place mine and also asked for a menu and the bartender ran off and didn't take my husbands order. After getting the menu it was another 20 minutes and the lady to come back and take the food order. Meanwhile we still have not yet received the drinks. Needless to say we cancelled the drink order 30 mins later since it was not even made yet. read more

So let me start by saying any trampoline place like this is dangerous, especially for kids. There are tons of we'll document injuries of collisions, falls, etc that can really do serious damage and you sign away your right to sue even in cases of negligence so just know there's a risk coming here. That said, I took the risk, watched my kids and we all had a blast. The food was surprisingly good, it wasn't overly packed and it was clean. They have a full bar but please don't just post up there while your kids are bouncing around, keep an eye on them when they are bouncing to make sure you can pull them if some bigger kids start running around or it gets too crowded. There's tons of games to play too so there's lots of fun to be had. So in short, be smart and you'll have fun! read more

I came to this place for the first time thinking I was going to have a great time. started off good but then we asked the people of the front if we were going to have time to actually get the 1 hour of service we paid for karaoke since they were about to close, she let us know that they would wait for us for to finish. not even 30 minutes passed when they were telling us to rap it up and they were giving us a big deal about it. We used to love coming to off the wall Davie because we could let our son and his friends jump while we enjoyed their two for one drinks on Friday nights. Unfortunately on our most recent visit we realized it would be our last time at one of our spots- this is due to the fact that they changed their promotion of two for one drinks and yet falsely advertise it within the business. When I spoke to the bartender they told me that that stopped running that promo for two for one drinks a few weeks ago yet they haven't taken any of the signs down. I kindly asked to speak to a manager regarding my concerns, when the young lady who was supposed to be the manager approached me with the security guard like she was ready for some fight. I felt very uncomfortable by this and at no point did I raise my voice or get upset, I explained that a business is responsible for correctly advertising their offers to their customers and it was not acceptable that they were still advertising it without honoring it. The "manager" said that they did not have a lift to get the signs down which is not a valid reason. Off the wall definitely lost a customer today and I will not be surprised when they go out of business for making poor business decisions that affect the guest perception of the business and the service offered there. Off the wall could vastly benefit from training their very young and care free staff on how to handle guest complaints and how to offer a service environment to their customers. I will be sharing my experience with every mother I know so that they do not also have to experience this terrible business. We will be going to flying squirrel in Weston which is clean and the staff is engaging! read more

Went here as guests for a birthday party and was expecting it to be lame because of the negative reviews. We had a great time, it was a busy Saturday. The party host was enthusiastic, friendly & handed out all pizza, drinks, cake etc and kept the room clean. He was great! The games were fun and the jump area is huge with plenty space. Today was the celebration of my sons 12th birthday. And we invited our family members and friends some as far as Orlando to enjoy this special day at otw Davie Llc. My kids love going there and have always enjoy themselves until this Day December 8 2019. 1st we tried to book a party Room weeks before, but they were completely booked. I asked my son where else would you like to go? But his choice remained the same. We knew seating was limited there but he had a few friends from school that he wanted to invite. Even though we could not get a party room. My mom decided to go there early enough to claim a few tables, but To her surprise all the tables were now bolted down to the Floor. We got there a few minutes after her to help set up. But we were stopped cold in our track when an employee came to tell us 1. You are not allowed to decorate the table. Not even a simple table cloth! Was all we had. So then, that was fine and we carried on as more friends and family started showing up after a short introduction we got all the kids signed up and off they go I then ordered 3 pizzas , 16 chicken wings, 2 baskets of fries and 3 pitchers of soda 2 waters. About 20 minutes later after we all ate our food. We then decided to dress the cake with the number 12 candles. And we all sang happy birthday and as my son blew out the candles another staff member approached and said we can not have a cake here , we can hold it in the refrigerator until you are ready to leave. So meaning eat your cake elsewhere. Then when we were about to cut the cake so my son could at least get his good luck bite, 3 staff members showed up to tell us we couldn't have the cake or eat it there "what?" a Birthday Cake for my son to enjoy with his family. So okay we closed it up and left it on the table. Meanwhile the other employees are walking around to 3 other tables telling them the same thing and taking their cakes. As Frustrated as I was I still cut the cake and gave the birthday boy his piece which he didn't even touch because of all the commotion. So please help me here. So after I spent over $100 plus on food and drinks and $25 x 6 a pop for each kid to jump all day and we bought game cards to play video games. Yes the lady staff member replied. After this happened and the kids were told they couldn't have cake one of the boys starting chanting, "We want cake ,we want cake " cried Nathan. We then tell all our kids they can't have any cake. So after sitting there a few minutes more the 3 team members come over once again and asked us to take my cake and put in fridge till we were ready to leave. Really! Mind you we haven't touched the cake since the last time they came over to my table. Now they say we can't have it visible on the table either. So my mom grabbed it and placed it on the chair which it is now below the table. Again they said no. Then they start pointing out to us the signs that say no outside food or Drinks are allowed. I can understand bringing food and drinks is not allowed but a simple birthday cake! At that point we all decided to leave and never ever ever come back to this a place ever again. This was the shortest birthday party ever my sons 12th birthday ! Sorry Raiden. Looking around I finally noticed a few signs I guess me and everybody else did not see the because as we were leaving others were coming in with cake. Yes CAKE Publix birthday Cake. (And let me say 2-3 years ago we had a party there for my same son and guess what kind of cake they were selling me? Publix cupcakes original designs in The same clear box they are wrapped in! And charged me $2-$3 per cupcake! P.S. This is not kid friendly place and I will never come back. I'm now Looking to start my own kid friendly party zone. read more

This place is completely chaotic . We called ahead of time to see if this was place would be a good idea for a group from 3-5 years old and they said definitely. They stated they had a designated area for toddlers. Well we get here and it's mostly for middle schoolers and high school kids.. not a place to take young children. It's to dangerous. They can get seriously hurt. They don't have enough staff to monitor. 1 person with a clipboard just insure that you are jumping during the right time. This is a great spot to take the kids to on weekends for playtime!! They have trampolines, dodge ball, basketball, balance beams, laser tag, and so many arcade games. There's also a bar and a restaurant with ample seating. We ordered a family size pizza and my youngest daughter accidentally pushed it over to the floor. The staff immediately came to ask if I wanted a new one at no charge. The manager came to talk to us and offered a replacement. Great service!! Thank you!! We opted to have our five year old's birthday party at the Davie location. What a terrible decision this wound up being. Mind you; I never post reviews. But after this experience, I truly felt compelled to write one. The experience started when my wife, who is almost seven months pregnant, arrived with party supplies to set up the room. Nobody on the staff offered to assist. And yes. She asked for assistance. The party consisted of 16 kids. Like most kids parties, most of the guests arrived late and were only able to bounce for 10-15 minutes because they have a very rigid one hour jump time window. None of the kids were offered additional time to jump at the end. Mind you; we paid for an hour of jump time. Then we all went into the party room for food and cake. Once again, the staff did not offer much assistance and rushed out of room, but not before charging us for two pizzas we never received. During the last portion, the kids were given game cards. I noticed that a few of the games were not providing the the allotted credits to the kids. At the end, my daughter was 10 points shy of winning a bigger prize. Not to mention that a few of the games stole their credits. I politely mentioned this to a staff member and was told that I had to wait in the long cashier line to receive three more game credits. Keep in mind I also told her that we just hosted a birthday party at their business. You would figure paying over $700.00 dollars for a birthday party would allow me to bypass a line. Finally, we get two games credited, and my daughter played a few more games to earn a few hundred more points. We then went back to collect her prize when we learned that the additional points she just won were not credited. I then had to contact management. The staff member then walked me over to the game just to tell me that she couldn't give us the points because she didn't witness it. She also knew I just hosted a party. So, after she questioned my level of honesty over 10 ridiculous points, of course I let her know how I felt. She then begrudgingly gave my daughter the prize she earned. I am warning everyone reading this not to have their child's birthday at this business. Several people who attended the party commented on the subpar service. We are so disappointed in Off the Wall. This business will overcharge you, steal your pizza, and then question your integrity over ten reward points. read more

Our camp likes to do field trips in off the wall. Yesterday Sunday, i call to take the camp there on Monday. Someone took my info and told that he will call me right back. Afters few hours I call again and I keept gatting the answer machine. Today I call they give us the price for the campers, when we got there they said that they don't know who gave me that price, I was told that they price is different and they charge me a different price. I understand that the economy is bad, but i don't see how this is a good customer service. Maybe because before I just to take 25 to 30 campers before they treat me more professional. This is very bad practice, Instead of trying to get customers they push them away. I don't know if I ever take my camp. read more

Jumping on the trampolines is my new favorite workout! It's $9 for a 30 minute jump session. Byy the time I am done I feel as though I have a hard run, plus my muscles are sore. The next day I really feel it :) I try to go when the kids are not there, I'm afraid I'll accidentally jump on one. It would be nice if there was an area that was sectioned off by size (i.e. adults or kids-only) to avoid potential injuries. It would also be nice if you could buy 30 minute jump sessions in bulk for a discount or if they offered a rewards program where the 10th jump session was free. read more
