It was definitely a mushroom color, but the manufacturer insisted that it was a dark green. Erin started a chat with the manufacturer and sent them a photo. So many people rely on the photos on websites, but what if it's the wrong photo? I asked Erin if she could order a new one from the manufacturer to see what color shows up. "Sure thing!" Heres the reality The cashier was a dolt The asst mgr was busting a gut working at loght speed to cover said dolts work and his own intaking new product The manager was so rude and dismissive that he couldn't even be bothered to answer two questions about the same very simple product-do they carry it? When will it be restocked? He genuinely dashed away while I was still asking when... Then when we chexked out -for some unknown reason-another persons name comes up as the 'owner' of our business account.. how do we change? cashier has no idea.. but is just guessing things-which none of is ask a manager or there is a customer service number.. or here is the accounts office.. All in all, they made the choice to shop a different simple, we will never go here again.

Plus, I was told, when it does finally come in, I have to drive to Beaverton to pick it up myself. My (Dania purchasing) friends think I'm joking. They have never had to wait for product past a day or two, much less pick it up across town. This was not the way I wanted to experience my first purchase. It certainly does not encourage me to buy future items. I guess my nightstand is coming from Malasia. I'm just shocked that at some point, maybe you need to consider having a little bit more stock on hand. Trying to wait patiently. I ordered a new keyboard, looked at a youtube repair video, and realized that I was completely out of my depth. I took it to Wolfie who deftly disassembled the entire machine, discovered that I had the wrong keyboard, then built up a replacement with pieces from the old and new keyboards. This involved careful work on plastic pieces. The result has worked great now for a couple of weeks. I give Wolfie my highest recommendation.
