Each time I've visited I've been the only person there and they've been super helpful in choosing a frame that works with my budget and color scheme. It takes about 2 weeks for them to frame something so I was a little worried when I didn't hear from them for a month after dropping off the first painting. I called and they mentioned they had a typo in my phone # and had trying to be in touch. The framing is beautiful and I think fairly priced. Between their helpfulness and the convenience of being a few minute drive from my house I can't imagine going elsewhere for my framing needs.

Unfortunately, one of the legs on the chair broke and I needed to replace it. I started looking around many places and couldn't believe how hard it was finding an office chair. Due to so many people working from home and using office equipment, most stores were sold out of these type of chairs. Staples had some but they weren't well made along with being very expensive. I also have back issues and am tall so I needed a really comfortable chair that I could try out before buying so ordering a chair was not an option. I was really getting frustrated but noticed this place listed when I did a Google search. This establishment got good reviews on Yelp and Google so on 9/5/20, I decided to take a drive to the other side of town to see what they had. This place is a hidden treasure trove! You walk in and there is office equipment everywhere! The 2 male staff, as mentioned in other reviews were really helpful and nice. They had so many office chairs to choose from and I tested every one. They were having a 70% liquidation sale as they are moving soon to a different location. There were 2 chairs in particular that I was interested in and both of them had really good price points. I was surprised to find out that this business has been around for over 50 years! I finally narrowed it down to the chair that I wanted to purchase (see photo) and it was leather too! I had a great conversation with Kemchan who was so friendly and helpful and even took the chair to my car to fit inside which I truly appreciated. Most stores don't go that extra mile. You can negotiate prices but their current sale is so good, I didn't feel the need to. I highly recommend this place from standing desks to tables & chairs to file cabinets, this place has got it and nice quality at that. I left there so happy, I wanted to cry. I let Kemchan know that I was going to write a really good review about the establishment because it definitely was well deserved. We've been coming here for years to have artwork framed. Their attention to detail and the way…read morethat they spend enough time with the client is something to be cherished. It was a bit of a disappointment to see that they have been bought out by Masterpiece, but they have retained a lot of the employees from goods so the quality remains similar. They have a lot of custom frame samples from which to select. The prices are high but it is worth the personalized attention and the quality of the framing.
