On our first home inspection, Jeff Shankle really went above and beyond! The home had been recently…read moreflipped and the interior was immaculate -- but when Jeff went over it with a fine tooth comb, his inspection revealed some troubling corners that had been cut (deferred maintenance issues, like root balls in the sewer and galvanized plumbing, but also incorrectly vented bathroom plumbing and other difficult to spot issues that needed to be addressed.) We were so grateful for his patience and expertise, and believe me when I say we *really* peppered him with questions.
