Most recently Caroline Bracey sent me a letter demanding I have a professional inspect my air conditioner. She was not interested in having an interaction but saw an opportunity to a false sense of superiority. She never asked me my version of the situation or what my solution might be, but repeatedly demanded I hire a professional to fix the issue. Other employers are totally respectful and collaborate.
