If there was cream cheese in it, I couldn't really tell. The cake itself also had a slightly soapy/perfumey flavor, almost like the batter picked up fragrance from a recently cleaned counter. I'm very sensitive to that taste and it really threw me off. I also tried the Boston Cream Pie cupcake. There was barely any Bavarian cream filling inside, which was disappointing since that's the main reason to order that flavor. The cupcake was also very crumbly, making it difficult to hold and eat. Overall, the shop is cute and the display is beautiful, but the flavors I tried didn't quite deliver. I might give it another try someday in case I just picked the wrong flavors.

I remember this joint towards the other end of Fairview so it was nice to run into it today. I never got a chance to stop into their last location so I took today as a sign to grab some treats. I appreciate how much Oreo was on top. I would frequent this joint if it's closer to work or my house. I'm happy I got to stop in and grab some sweets for my family and I. My initial interaction wasn't the best but I adore the gal that helped me for stepping up and helping me out.
