I'm giving this place 3 stars overall but I really wanna give it a 5. Only issue I had was $12 for these brows? Don't get me wrong..they did great but also...I just needed a clean up. Shouldn't be that much. I came here because my normal brow lady is out of town. I showed the lady a pic of my brows when they are freshly done and she could not get them right. I will not be returning. It's like if you don't get threading then they don't care how they do your brows. read more

Never had someone overarch my eyebrows so much. Went in with full overgrown brows and came out with 2 uneven thin lines. When I asked to speak with the manager they acted clueless. I guess they forgot who hired them. It was the older lady, so maybe better luck with the other ones. I won't be going back to experiment. read more

Do not go here! I found this place on Yelp. Thought I would give it a try. Went in, there was no wait, eyebrow waxing service was excellent. However, afterwards my eyes hurt all night. I thought it was just the after affects which sometimes happens after a waxing. I woke up the next morning with two lovely burn marks under each eyebrow. I will NOT be returning here. I have to spend the next week covering up these awful marks. read more

Called in last week, since I needed to get a last minute eyebrow wax. When I told the lady over the phone I wanted to get my eyebrows waxed she asked "what specific part?" and I told her "eyebrows??" she then asked me if I wanted one or both waxed. This threw me off, why would I wax only one eyebrow?. Decided not to book the appointment based on this conversation, not sure if maybe she was busy and was not paying attention to our conversation, but still I think the questions where kind of "odd" so I wasn't sure would get a good job done either. read more

I just reminded myself today why I stopped coming here. I came in for just a shape up. My eyebrows were threaded too thin on my last visit a month ago so I had it time to grow back. The lady recommended tinting to give a fuller shape and I thought ok cool. She did a descent job. I also wanted my cheeks and neck threaded. She was so heavy handed and I was in so much pain that I asked her to just wax instead. She left wax on my neck and I felt sticky but I thought maybe she will clean it all up after the tint is finished. The tint turned out descent...just decent. She told me she was putting a little more tint and to let it sit five minutes and to wash it off at home. Where do you go for services where they make you finish the job yourself??? This place. I'm sitting in my car with eyebrow tint on. I had to ask for aloe Vera to clean all the wax and product off my neck myself. I'm never coming back. I'll find a better place in downtown Houston where I can get better service. Ughs. read more

I asked for thick full natural brows and received thin uneven brows. She took more hair off than desired even after being told what look I was going for. Very unhappy will not be returning. I happen to pass by when I went grocery shopping and said why not! The staff was welcoming and friendly. It was very simple and clean. Reeta did an AWESOME job and shaped my brows very well. She did an aromatherapy before threading and afterwards massaged my brows and temple. I visited many threading salons and asked to shape my brows, but they never thread them to my taste. I love getting my eyebrows threaded and I've been going to the mall for years to get them done. However, after trying out this place just now, I won't be returning to the mall to get my eyebrows done. There was zero wait, the technician took her time, and even massaged my temples at the end. Great, friendly service and at $10, they were cheaper than what the mall charges ($12). They definitely have a new regular customer in me. read more

I came here to get my brows done. I've been going to the same lady for 14 years - yes, I'm that picky about my brows. But, now that I live in the Pearland area, I was looking for somewhere closer. I didn't catch the lady's name who did my brows, but she did a great job! - Very natural-looking. She took her time and also gave my brows and forehead a light massage! I've been praying for a clean affordable place ever since moving to Pearland, and this place just popped up a couple of days ago. I became an instant fan. Geneisha (sorry if I butchered your name) did my Bikini Line and it was free because it was my first time (yay!). No double dipping and they had both soft and hard wax to pick from. I went with the hard wax option because I have always heard it's less painful. Next time I might brave the soft wax just to try it out! I've already referred my entire family to you ladies, lol! Went here for the first time with full bushy brows and left with uneven pencil thin eyebrows. The right eyebrow is significantly shorter than the left. The lady told me "she fixed them" when we were done and I told her they were too thin. I asked to speak with the manager and she gave me the run around after trying to give me credits. If you're into looking like you're in the 90s by your eyebrows, then go ahead, but I won't be going back... Whenever I do grow some eyebrows. read more

Customer service is very important to me. If I patronize your business, you should at least give me the courtesy of showing me that my money spends just like any other person. I walked into ,"Oh My Brow" and the lady in the second chair who had no customers directed me to the other side to sit and wait for another lady to come from the back. Now she was telling me this as she was watching another lady coming in. She pointed the lady to her chair and said, "what would you like?" At this point I'm looking like, "did this just happen?" I politely picked my purse up and left. I went back in to tell the lady that I was disappointed in her clearly showing respect of person and will not be coming back. There are too many places out here that will appreciate my business. She started with having me inhale aromatherapy scent, then she threaded, & ended with a eyebrow/temple massage with a soothing gel. Very professional. I dropped in, without an appointment, for eyebrow threading and was seen immediately (around lunch time on a Monday). The lady was super sweet and attentive. She listened to exactly what I wanted and did just that. She did aromatherapy on me before the threading started. The threading was quick and precise. She rubbed my temples and forehead before and after the threading, which was very relaxing. She gave great advice for growing back my eyebrows after a botched threading at another facility too. Never again!! Extremely inconsistent service. The first time I went it was descent, the second time, it wasn't great at all! My eyebrows were clearly uneven and the girl just told me to "let it grow out".. Didn't bother to try to fix it. Against my better judgement, I tried again today and was going to request the bigger girl with the longer hair. I showed up about 5 minutes til 7.. Which they close at 7 and she told me they were closed. The open sign still on, the door still unlocked, and being that it wasn't 7, I reminded her that they weren't yet closed. Long story short, she said go ahead and have a seat, and then piddled around doing everything under the sun to keep from assisting me. I requested the owners number and she gave me the wrong one. Due to the horrible customer service, attitude, and poor quality throughout my visits--they won't have to worry about me EVER coming back--at any time. read more
