Took my daughter to get a full set yesterday that almost took 2 hours, That's was like 2 people working on her nails, over charged for a horrible mess...called today to speak with manager and they can't even understand.

You cannot tell a customer the super crooked tips are due to the customer's fingers being "going that way" very very bad service I was charged $61 dollars and I am very upset and the owner wants to act like she doesn't understand when she fully speaks English. Please save your money and TIME and go somewhere else

So, I was looking for what could be my go to pedicure spot for whenever I am back home and I must say, I think I found it, all thanks Kathy! I came here one random afternoon and got the pleasure to experience Kathy's work as my nail tech. Kathy defintely makes you feel that you are the only customer. She took her time, was precise, neat, and paid attention to all the details. She also ensured that my experience was an experience of comfort. I ended up just getting a deluxe pedicure here, which was $31. Whenever I am in Houston again and in need of a pedi, 2000 Nails Studio with Kathy, will definitely be my first stop! read more

Went in today around 6pm with someone and we both got pedicures, 1 full set and refill. The pedicures were ok and her full set came out beautifully. My refill on the other hand was terrible. I have acrylic over my cuticles, different spaced/ uneven nails! I brought it to the attention of the shop and they tried to fix them a bit but overall the they still don't look worth $33. The only excuse I received for my nails was the nail tech was old! Respectfully if he is that old and can not properly perform his job then he does not need to be doing it. And they charged me FULL price for this, even after letting them know I was not happy. Customer service is not a priority. I'm never going back and I advise all to avoid this shop. And to top it off they have roaches. read more

Me and my sister went to get her nails done, she has for something and made it clear she wanted it exactly like the picture. She got told by the lady doing her nails that she could do it just like the picture. First of all, all the nails were meant to be white and the pinky was meant to be red, this is where it started going south, the lady made her index and ring finger red and the rest white. Not like the picture. And then the lady decided that she wouldn't draw on the deign that was in the picture, which may I remind you she said she would do when she first got started with the nails. The nails look horrible, the top coat is uneven, looks like bite marks. She cut my sisters hand a lot. And then she was calling her colleague crazy and when my sister said she didn't like how her nails came out she started mocking my sister. We paid for the nails and left. I have been here before and I got my nails done, I should've known not to give them a second chance because the first time I went there they completely messed up my nails. I showed them a picture and when they made it look nothing like the picture they decided I didn't show them that picture. DO NOT COME HERE! read more

i came here friday and that same day my nails smudged while i was in the shower. not even a week later they all began to fall off. so when i went back they both were looking at me in disbelief. and im just like uhh its right here clearly. i love getting my nails done im not gonna just take my damn nails off. so the other chick not linda gonna tell me "we only fix just four nail" and i said uhh no you gonna fix ALL NAIL SUS. so they have me wait an hour.
