I used Service Express several times throughout the years, and I cannot express how much I appreciate them. Mike and Adam, both Lead Techs, and their crew were awesome! I had several things completed: duct redesign/replacement (all of it), vent cleaning (all 16), and dryer line cleaning. After a walk through and an inspection, Mike walked me through the entire process and showed me, again, what was completed. The entire crew were respectful, courteous and professional. I responded to an ad in a publication with regards to servicing my AC and heating system. This company said the would send a technician the following Monday to inspect my system and give an estimate. I was told the technician would arrive between 11 and 1 PM, but no one showed up, nor did they even call. In short, my effort to engage Service Express was a waste of my precious time. read more

Very leary of this company that took pictures of supposed issues that were in need of repair. We called this company to do air duct cleaning but recently had another trusted AC company out. This trusted local company was honest and very upfront with their bid and estimate. Today's tech apparently found many issues that were not on my last estimate and went from offering to send all the "issue" pics he took with a detailed estimate to my email. Then he was going to text me only one pic and then changed his story and said the owner would email the pics with a bid. You decide for yourself... honest or NOT! read more

Called them to clean my HVAC duct. Service people arrived on time however technician informed me that my ductwork was too old to safely clean. The technician show me "photos" of my ductwork and plenum that was full of mold and dust. They recommended that I replace the entire ductwork which conveniently Service Express can do themselves and quoted my a price. My gut instinct told me to call a license HVAC company to replace my ductwork instead of using Service Express. Called 2 HVAC companies for quotes on ductwork replacement and both companies told me I did not need to replace the duckwork as it was too new and clean. I called Service Express to make an appointment. The service team came to the house. He was a little late but he called twice to let me know. He was very polite and knowledgable. They found the issue and and took action. They also vacuumed all my vents and gave me some maintenance tips and how to get more bang for my buck. He gave me his card and left.
