I can't say enough good things about this place! The atmosphere is welcoming and exciting, beginning with the murals hand painted by a local artist that are complemented by the vibrant colors in the decor, and ending with the friendly and efficient staff. They serve the best gourmet burgers in town - and so many to choose from! I'm told that their Halal meat is locally sourced. While you can get a traditional burger there, they also have a variety of specialty burgers available, as well as chicken and vegetarian options--something for everyone. I've tried a number of them on the menu, and have never been disappointed. The fries are crispy & perfectly seasoned, and with the addition of the house made garlic mayo, they are probably the best fries I've ever eaten. They have some pretty wonderful sweet potato fries that are more like a dessert when you get them loaded. If you're in the mood for a shake, you can't go wrong with their delicious shakes made using Hansen's Dairy ice cream. Give OMG a try, and I'm sure you'll be back for more! read more

Cute little burger joint on college hill. Wasn't my favorite burger joint in the Cedar Valley, BUT the menu had SO many options. The fries were my favorite. I had the wake and bake burger, which had great flavor and was quite unique. Next time I'd throw on an extra party, because I couldn't really taste the meat. All their sauces are housemaids, which I thought was awesome. Went during a less busy time (two other customers were inside) and it was quite the wait for my order. Wow!!! Wow,wow,wow! We have a new favorite burger spot. Food was DELICIOUS! Melt in your mouth juicy burgers with deep rich flavors. Cheese curds were fantastic, garlic mayo fries were so good! I've eaten a lot of delicious burgers (all across the country) and have honestly tried my best to find the best one. The burger I had here is now in my top 2 favorites. The bun was perfect and buttery. The toppings consisted of just the right amount of everything (lettuce, tomato, red onion), and I added ketchup and mustard to make a perfect, classic, American burger. Also, the fries were amazing (probably some of the best fries I've ever had as well). Also.. there's an Anthony Bourdain mural on the wall. What's there not to love? I have waited for over a year to try this place out. When you walk in, looks like a really neat little place to eat. When we arrived at a little before noon. There was one other couple in there ordering food. We arrived at 11:48 a.m.. did not receive our food until 12:20. There seem to be about 4 to 6 employees in there. When the food came the burgers were cold. The bun was dried out and had to been sitting around. We had ordered one regular original cheeseburger and a junior hamburger. Cost almost 20 bucks. I wish I would have waited and never came. Worst service in long wait when there was nobody in there. Very disappointed. Will never return and make sure all my friends know not to go there either or that's what's going to happen. read more

Like I want to go back tomorrow and have them again good. But just passing through from Arizona, so today's feast will have to do. And one of THE best chocolate shakes I have ever had. Ever. Creamy chocolate goodness. Perfectly mixed. Got the spicy burger but don't remember its name. Great balance of heat and flavor. Was chatting with the young female chef and come to find out they source everything as locally as possible. Good Iowa beef. Local dairy ice cream and milk.
