i stop there at least 3x a week on my way to work. I will no longer. The drive thru wait is ridiculous. Today i sat in my car ready for someone to take my order, sat there for 5 mins, no one came on, even when i tried to saying hello??? another 5-6 mins to get to the window again bc service is so slow and per usual it's some kid sitting on the window (which i think is gross) who had no clue she never took my order. I gave my order there and waited. Got my food but drove off without my coffee. Had to park and go in. The place completely empty except for the 2 girls working there. Again one girl sitting on the window - love it when they have shorts on and are big girls...great professional look for the company. Coffee was already cold. i can't do it anymore. The high prices, unsanitary conditions and wait time are too much. I don't need to be this stressed out on my way to work. It's too bad bc i live close by and met hoping it would get better but it hasn't. I will not be back. Based on lack of management i don't even expect a return email back. read more

There are so many delicious latte options here! For summer they had a fun music inspired seasonal menu. The "Dr. Feel Good" was an iced oat milk coconut mocha latte and was so yummy. The "Take on Me" was equally tasty with honey, cinnamon, and vanilla cold foam. This was a great stop near a large hotel area so perfect for many travelers. read more

Stopped in for a much needed caffeine hit before a wedding and purposely stopped here for the matcha (I'm a matcha drinker and not was the first place we could find that served it) But they were out. It took them a few min to figure out that they were out but they were out. So I ordered a vanilla chia latte with one lump of vanilla and it was just sort of very milky and you couldn't really taste the chai. It wasn't bad just weak. Staff was for dry but they were having their own conversation and that was more of a priority. It wasn't busy so I don't blame them (there was one other person there) but there wasn't any real sense of urgency-Took about 10 min for my one drink to be made not including ordering them for them to figure out if they did to did not have matcha. read more

Love that they have a drive through, all of the employees were super nice and I got a cold brew with heavy cream. It was so good 9/10. It was super quick and convenient! I would definitely come back - it was a little pricey (almost $7) but good read more

First time I went I got a bacon egg cheese bagel and a medium iced caramel latte for $19!! Insane!! It is $11 and better quality bagel and a medium coffee down the street at Dunkin. Today I tried them again- ordered a small vanilla latte- $7.21?!? And there cup sizes are a joke compared to surrounding competitors. Sat in line with 2 cars ahead for over 15 min and they want almost $8 for a small coffee.. it's $4-5 anywhere else you.. Starbucks large coffee cost less than this insanity!! Won't be back! read more

I live close by, but just went here for the first time on my way out of town. I ordered a small hot apple caramel latte and an iced snickerdoodle latte for my son. Over $14! I was a bit shocked at the price then even more shocked when I saw the size of my latte. It was the size of a flat white. Anyone that knows coffee knows the difference and I've never seen a latte that small. The disappointment continued as we drove away and I took a sip of what was not the apple caramel I ordered, but some ratchet pumpkin spice nonsense. I'll never be back. read more

This is a great coffee shop located in the Altadena Square shopping plaza. The staff is friendly, helpful and professional and definitely added to the overall experience. The place had a nice ambiance and they have great coffee. I had an iced latte and my client had the sane with a ham croissant. Definitely a positive experience. read more

Got an iced black coffee today, it was $7.15 for only 20 oz. This is probably the most expensive iced coffee in the city. Will not return. Used to $5.00 a couple of months ago. read more

Absurdly overpriced, mildly coffee-flavored water. They don't post their prices in the drive thru and I see why now. $6.65 for a medium black cold brew that is poorly brewed. Staff is friendly and clearly are not the ones pricing the drinks. Won't be back. read more

Atmosphere: Santos Coffee is a cozy coffee shop with lots of seating. Their large menu boasts lots of coffee and non-coffee options. Service: Our barista was friendly, and our drinks came out quickly! Food: We ordered a Cappuccino and Matcha Fresca. The Cappuccino was on the foamier side but had a nice, strong flavor to it. The Matcha Fresca, which is a combination of matcha and lemonade, had a good balance of sweetness and grassiness. Overall: Santos was a surprisingly solid option for a coffee-shop working session. The coffee prices were quite reasonable, though the Matcha Fresca and other specialty drinks were more expensive. read more

It is with a very heavy heart I finally leave this review. Some background, I have been going here as a regular for almost three years and would even go as far as to recommend Santos and their coffee. But I can no longer do so, this place has become akin to what I imagine a 1800s tavern was like in regard to service and food. Not to mention it has also now become a weekend hot bin for bigoted old men, really ruining the ambiance of the buisness. So many times the coffee has been horrible, literally devoid of flavor. This place has become a black hole of culture and taste. Please save your money (as it is quite expensive) and time and go somewhere else. To the management at Santos... please let me know if you whip this place back up into shape. I will come back, this breakup doesn't have to be permanent. But listen - it's you, not me. And I can't keep going like this under the current conditions :( read more

Very disappointed, matcha latte was terrible. Not sweet or matcha flavor just watery milk. I got a croissant sandwich and it was hard and stale. So glad I didn't tip, worst 17$ I ever spent I had to throw the whole meal away, via drive thru. This place is a money pit, don't waste ur time and money read more

Did the drive thru this morning and grabbed a cappuccino paired with a sausage, egg, cheese bagel. The total was $14.** Service was excellent and the girl was very friendly. Leaves a good impression on the coffee shop. I've seen great things about this place so I was upset to see that my cappuccino (large) was filled about 75% of the way. The bagel is what really disappointed me because the coffee is good! The bagel came with pieces of Connecuh, a slim layer of egg and cheese. It tasted OK, but all in all, $14 was a quiet a bit for what I was given. read more

Work trip from Tampa & wanted to explore local coffee. Fell in love with the frozen mocha, came back the next day & loved the Café Caramel with oat milk & back another time for the Nutella latte with oat milk (which was delicious)! Every person that took my order through the drive thru was super sweet & helpful as I was indecisive each time. I was the only person in their drive-thru all 3 times and each took less than 5 mins. Highly recommend trying this place out! read more

Stopped in this nice modern looking coffee shop while in the area waiting for an appointment. They have a quite a few different menus options and even some lunch options also. They also offer tea if you are a tea drinker and different verities for coffee. I got a black coffee which was very tasty and had a bit of a kick and a blueberry muffin which was HUGE! Definitely enough for 2 people to share. Really friendly service and pretty quick and very clean and modern looking inside with different seating options. Great place for meetings, studying or just causally hanging out. They do have outdoor seating and a drive though for quicker service. read more

l like to read up on reviews when I'm traveling for work to find the good places in limited time! Yelp approved, google was hesitant - mostly quality and service issues. I had read that everything was good but the chance your order would be incorrect was very high. I was like no way, they were probably just busy and a simple mistake. I ordered the breakfast croissant and a coffee, neither made as ordered. I can't even say they were busy because there were only 5 patrons and 3 employees present. I don't get it, they have the potential to be outstanding! read more

Really good coffee but way too slow. The people who work there take their sweet time. And are in no hurry. They place could also use some background music as everything is made of hard concrete so noise reverberates. Maybe more seating also. read more

Good bfast sandwiches, great service, good selection. It needs 85 characters. This is all I have.****

I really wanted this location to be great but we have issues every time we go. Went today ordered food, 2 drinks. One of the drinks was made iced when requested hot, barista rolled her eyes and wanted me to just take the cold one... when she remade it she made it in a small and left out the extra shot we paid for. Sandwich only had two slices of turkey when ordered extra... and açaí bowl was really just a yogurt bowl... so we left still hungry, and Im headed to O.Henry's to get a really drink, and basically paid 35 for yogurt a croissant and bad attitudes. read more
