i stop there at least 3x a week on my way to work. I will no longer. The drive thru wait is ridiculous. Today i sat in my car ready for someone to take my order, sat there for 5 mins, no one came on, even when i tried to saying hello??? another 5-6 mins to get to the window again bc service is so slow and per usual it's some kid sitting on the window (which i think is gross) who had no clue she never took my order. I gave my order there and waited. Got my food but drove off without my coffee. Had to park and go in. The place completely empty except for the 2 girls working there. Again one girl sitting on the window - love it when they have shorts on and are big girls...great professional look for the company. Coffee was already cold. i can't do it anymore. The high prices, unsanitary conditions and wait time are too much. I don't need to be this stressed out on my way to work. Stopped in for a much needed caffeine hit before a wedding and purposely stopped here for the matcha (I'm a matcha drinker and not was the first place we could find that served it) But they were out. It took them a few min to figure out that they were out but they were out. So I ordered a vanilla chia latte with one lump of vanilla and it was just sort of very milky and you couldn't really taste the chai. It wasn't bad just weak. Staff was for dry but they were having their own conversation and that was more of a priority. It wasn't busy so I don't blame them (there was one other person there) but there wasn't any real sense of urgency-Took about 10 min for my one drink to be made not including ordering them for them to figure out if they did to did not have matcha. read more

I live close by, but just went here for the first time on my way out of town. I ordered a small hot apple caramel latte and an iced snickerdoodle latte for my son. Over $14! I was a bit shocked at the price then even more shocked when I saw the size of my latte. It was the size of a flat white. It is with a very heavy heart I finally leave this review. Some background, I have been going here as a regular for almost three years and would even go as far as to recommend Santos and their coffee. But I can no longer do so, this place has become akin to what I imagine a 1800s tavern was like in regard to service and food. Not to mention it has also now become a weekend hot bin for bigoted old men, really ruining the ambiance of the buisness. So many times the coffee has been horrible, literally devoid of flavor. This place has become a black hole of culture and taste. Please save your money (as it is quite expensive) and time and go somewhere else. To the management at Santos... please let me know if you whip this place back up into shape. I will come back, this breakup doesn't have to be permanent. But listen - it's you, not me. Service: Our barista was friendly, and our drinks came out quickly! Food: We ordered a Cappuccino and Matcha Fresca. The Cappuccino was on the foamier side but had a nice, strong flavor to it. The Matcha Fresca, which is a combination of matcha and lemonade, had a good balance of sweetness and grassiness. Overall: Santos was a surprisingly solid option for a coffee-shop working session. Leaves a good impression on the coffee shop. I've seen great things about this place so I was upset to see that my cappuccino (large) was filled about 75% of the way. The bagel is what really disappointed me because the coffee is good! The bagel came with pieces of Connecuh, a slim layer of egg and cheese. Work trip from Tampa & wanted to explore local coffee. Fell in love with the frozen mocha, came back the next day & loved the Café Caramel with oat milk & back another time for the Nutella latte with oat milk (which was delicious)! Every person that took my order through the drive thru was super sweet & helpful as I was indecisive each time. I was the only person in their drive-thru all 3 times and each took less than 5 mins. Stopped in this nice modern looking coffee shop while in the area waiting for an appointment. They have a quite a few different menus options and even some lunch options also. They also offer tea if you are a tea drinker and different verities for coffee. I got a black coffee which was very tasty and had a bit of a kick and a blueberry muffin which was HUGE! Definitely enough for 2 people to share. Really friendly service and pretty quick and very clean and modern looking inside with different seating options. Great place for meetings, studying or just causally hanging out. They do have outdoor seating and a drive though for quicker service. read more
