Med spas are a dime a dozen in Orange County so it can be intimidating when you're trying to find the perfect fit. I visited a few before I found Concierge Aesthetics, and I can say I have found my "home" with them. Some of the other spas made me feel belittled, and others made me concerned with the cleanliness, thank goodness neither were the case with Concierge Aesthetics. I see Susie regularly, but I've had interactions with the entire staff and they are all lovely. Susie is one of a kind, she takes time to listen and understand, while also sharing her expertise and recommendations. I've never had a problem that she hasn't been able to help with. I've seen her for years and she is consistent, I know I'm going to get exactly what I need. I've had lasers, Botox, fillers (all while on a limited budget), you name it, she has put the work in with me. I personally like to err on the side of natural with very minor tweaks, and her work in that regard is impeccable. Most recently she recommended a series of Coolpeel treatments and I cannot believe how different my skin looks. I had never even heard of this laser, but now I'm obsessed. I've never felt more confident in the skin I am in; And that is the entire purpose of these treatments. Whatever your needs, I am confident in referring Susie, her ability to listen and understand enable her to tailor treatments very specifically for each individual. Lastly- the space is so warm and inviting. The vibes are amazing, I feel like I'm with my friends in how we can share stories, joke and have a good time. There is no awkward silence, the space and people make it feel like a cozy upscale spa filled with friends. Honestly if I could afford it, I'd go much more often just to soak in good energy of the space and people. (Honestly that says so much because I normally despise appointments and errands). read more

I initially came here not knowing that my old lip filler (from a diff practitioner) had migrated and was actually trying to get more filler on top of that. Susie clocked me real quick and said I needed to go ask them to dissolve my old lips before adding any more. I did just that and got my lips done with Susie a few weeks later and OH MY GOODNESS! THEY LOOK GOOD! I hate having paper-cut lips and have previously gotten lip filler done with several different practitioners so trust me when I say SUSIE IS THE ABSOLUTE BEST. Susie elicits real feedback on her work and strikes the perfect balance between giving her clients EXACTLY what they're asking for without letting them overindulge. You will never have to worry about developing filler blindness if Susie is your girl. Susie's attention to detail is unparalleled and she will give you EXACTLY what you're looking for. She genuinely listens to what her clients want (you can even show inspo pics) and never makes you feel rushed or uncomfortable. My pain tolerance is usually nonexistent but I felt minimal discomfort during my treatment with Susie -- she is VERY gentle. Once Susie finished my lips, she encouraged me to take a proper look at my lips and tell her if I wanted anything different (ofc I said no because they already looked impeccable). Susie is also very funny and gorgeous, and I lowkey want to gatekeep her because she is THAT good. The front desk girls here are also very beautiful, sweet, and welcoming. My daughter and I had excellent experiences at CE. I had a consult w Susie re: laser resurfacing/filler and she was completely honest and never pushed any treatments. I was impressed that she told me to wait until fall to do the treatments (in order to avoid the summer sun). My daughter saw Cat the aesthetician for help with her acne.
