We made reservations for Sunday at 5:30 PM for two families (8 total), and I called ahead to request two high chairs. Nice touch--they had both ready when we arrived. Our server, Ivonne, was friendly, attentive, and spoke both English and Spanish, which was appreciated. Service overall was good, though there were a couple moments where drink refills and water took longer than expected. It seemed more like they needed additional staff support during the rush. What We Ordered: Beef Carpaccio - Excellent start. Fresh, tender, delicate beef with well-balanced flavors. Definitely recommend. Truffle Risotto - Good flavor, but not a standout for me personally. We settled on the burrata, cherry size mozzarella balls, and fresh buffalo mozzarella. The cheese is delicious and so fresh. It is just like the amazing cheese you can get at fine shops in Italy. What a gem we have this cheese maker in Pompano! Our visit was brief as sadly they do not provide a tour like they did years ago. But i will be back more frequently moving forward, especially to replicate some amazing dishes I've had with burrata lately.

The lack of meat was quite surprising, especially since it was roast beef and not any high end meat like a New York strip or filet mignon. My friend ordered the Lemon Chicken dish and I actually found her dish to be better than mine but she was also ultimately disappointed, saying that it used to be so much better. Chad, our server, was great and did everything with a smile and a polite attitude. Another thing to note was that the place was dead on a Sunday night. This is one of those hidden gems you almost don't want to share, just so there's always a table waiting for you. Every single dish was incredible--I honestly can't pick a favorite, though the short ribs stole my heart.
