Went with a friend and he got the standard oilchange package. I found a coupon for some money off and showed them it from my phone and they just needed the code of it. It was very thorough and professional and with one car ahead not too long of a wait. I like the camera idea to see what they are doing. Good job! Would go again if I was in the area. These guys really inspect your car to the max and give you really good tips. They work very hard and they don't try to rip you off although they do try to recommend that you do certain things but it's up to you if you want it or not. They were not able to change the oil because there was a dent in the oil pan but they filled up our oil so we didn't drive off without oil. Thank you so much. If you want people who really take care of your car go to these guys! I'm glad we went to these guys instead of some of the ones we called before them! Much better than Jiffy Lube. I like that you don't have to get out of the car. There were three cars ahead of me, and it still seemed pretty quick. The complimentary newspaper was nice. All of the employees were very friendly, and they weren't as aggressive with the upsells as Jiffy Lube tends to be. read more

disappointed after all these years. I was a little low on oil stick so I went for the FREE top off. was told NO top off as you are due a change. I told the guy my onboard computer say's I have 48% left of Oil life. he said my oil is good for 6,000 Miles but there printout only gives a 3,000 miles to next change. I will not "drain" good oil with half it's life remaining. Soooo there is no top off FREE, the guy said I would have to pay for it. WHY not get this straight on the Printer (?) or make an exception for this high grade Syn Oil??? read more

Been coming here for 5 times now...the service is always good and most of the time very quick. Was told that I needed a retap on my oil pan, but just recently come down from Fremont so they can fix it. Well turns out I didn't need it and was taken down stairs to see for myself. The manager and crew are very respectful. They have me a discount for my travels. I wish they had an oil can Henry's near Fremont. So I can continue to be a customer. read more

They did a really great job, everyone was extremely friendly. I went in yesterday 5-27-15 with my two year old and three year old children and they got me in and out pretty quick and were very nice to my children and gave them some stickers to entertain themselves. I just got a basic oil change but I understand it's part of their job to up sell a bit and that did not bother me at all, everyone has a job to do. Young, inexperienced staff. I left there with an unfixable gash on the inside of my tire that they refuse to take responsibility for. I'm just kinda over the high prices and sales pressure. My air filter is fine and no, I don't need a new one, but I'm asked every time. ugh. If I have a coupon, I'll go, otherwise I shop for someplace cheaper. The free newspaper is a nice touch though since the wait is usually a few cars deep which translates to over half an hour wait. If there's more than 3 cars in each line, it's a good idea to come back another day. read more

After all the issues I had with them screwing up my car and destroying my catalytic converters with their "emissions flush". I got ahold of the manager and he came to my work to "look at my problem" after arguing With him about it, I got a condescending promise from him that "if you can get a mechanic to say it was our fault, we'll pay for your fix " (he even added, "good luck"). I got 2 mechanics ASE certified to agree that what they did messed my car up. He evaded my call for a couple days and then finally I get ahold of him. After I explained what lengths and money I spent, he then says, "ok so now I want you to go to my mechanic." Are you kidding me? Then he said, "I also want it in writing from your mechanics. " I said, "sure, give me your fax number,because I would like to keep the originals. " He puts me on hold for like 10 minutes, because, "they have a new fax number, and he can't find it" I finally said, call me when you get it, and haven't heard from him since. Called him a few times, but this guy takes A LOT of lunches. I'm so done with this company, I've spent almost 2k to fix my car. I was a loyal customer to them, and I sincerely hope that the owners read these, because if they don't rectify this, I will file a civil case and get the news involved. read more

Have been going to this place for both of my vehicles for years and have never had any major problems until a couple of days ago. Wait time varied, although one lane--the right lane as you go in--is almost always faster, but that is not the problem. The tech did not even check the cabin air filter this immediate past time. But, here's the real problem--we had the oil change two days ago, and now the vehicle is having a leak, about several drops of oil in my garage each day. I come here most every oil change. They are generally pretty fast and efficient, if there is no line. I don't get the extras because I feel they are overpriced. For example, the high-mileage oil, which I would prefer, is a $23 up-charge. I can buy five quarts of that for $29 so it seems I get practically no credit for the regular oil they are not using. I did have the air filter replaced today, and the price was not unreasonable. read more

I have used Oil Can Henry's in the past, and have had ok service. Today I decided to go in with my new used car for a simple oil change, well the first oil change since I have own the car, as I was planning to visit my mom in Redding leaving early in the morning. Also it is important I state that for the past two months, this car has never leaked a thing on our driveway, nothing! After James lets me know it is going to cost at lease $112. plus tax, I say ok.....then they start by checking my lights, showing me the color of the oil and where it registers on the dip-stick etc. they begin to calling out to one another, while I was watching courtesy of the tv screen the guy in the pit was starting to remove things during light check, then all of a sudden James appears to tell me that the oil plug is stripped and leaking oil and that they can not continue service, that I need to take the car back to whomever did the last oil change or to the dealer. And they were kind to inform me not to drive any long distance in the car. This would need to be fixed, before I drive it any long distance, I asked what does this mean, James explained that when they pulled the plug the threads were stripped and that the car had been leaking oil and they do not repair plugs there. They recommended a couple of places, then they gave me a 15% discount on a business card after talking to the manager for my next oil change. Concerned of course I called the Dealership that I had purchased the car from, and they asked me to bring it right in. On my way there, I stopped by home just to let my husband know what was going on, and to our surprise, as I backed out of the driveway my Husband now saw a good size spot of oil that was now leaking from the car! At the Dealership I was shown the bolt, hard to say if threads were stripped since the rest of the plug was broken off and stuck into the oil pan! This was a new clean break! Which now the remainder of the plug has to be drilled out carefully and Replaced. I understand that accidents happen, what I don't like is being lied to about what happened! How can you say to me that I need new threads on the plug, when you could not see the whole plug or show it to me? Of course my car had to stay at the Dealership and I was given a ride home, I called Oil Can Henry's to speak to the manager, and this was about an hour and a half from the time I was there thank goodness for call logs, I asked to speak with the manager, his name is Sergio, he said that he just got back from lunch (I called at 3:25pm and I had left at 2:11pm) and that he would have to speak to the employees and find out what happened, and he then hung up. Never did he ask me for my name or phone number, nor the make of my car. I am very disappointed with their service and lack of integrity. It will be a very long time if ever that I would return or even recommend them to anyone! Fast service for a fair price is not worth being lied to. Ultimately my fault for not going to someone I personally know and trust. Lesson has been learned! read more

I went there on Monday to get my oil changed. They greet you with a smile and a list of prices and a newspaper. During the whole process I felt that the gentlemen, I do believe his name was Eric, that was talking to me the most during the process was honest and very helpful. All of the gentlemen that helped me during the process were professional, respectful and had great attitudes. I went back on Wednesday because I had notice some oil in my parking space and they took me right in, looked at my seal and changed it for free. Unfortunately the last place I had the oil changed messed up my cap. They told me that before the next oil change give them 2 days notice and they will replace my cap since it is damaged, of course there will be a charge, but they are so honest and wonderful. The best experience I have ever had getting my oil changed. They even gave me a free car wash after replacing the seal! How awesome is that. I will never go anywhere else. The staff at N.
