    Tire gap after rotation  Put bigger tire in the front first excuse and low mechanic skills  Doing that knowing the tire is newer

    I took my daughter car since I was busy (big mistake of my part ) for simple oil change They offered tire rotation for free lol And they did full inspection I was like wow this is a good deal (obviously not) They give me 2 pages I was like wow going need sell my daughter new car 2019 In all inspection they check my AXELS Serpentine belt (by the way charge $754 to change serpentine belt lol) Everything They never mentioned control arm NEVER THEY CALL ME CAR IS DONE my family we went small vacation never use the car into we got back My daughter drive call me right away that the car making noise when she turns The front tire rubbing the fender Never happens before also they never mentioned the control arms after they give me a huge list of problems This is the good part When I took the car they say maybe we hit the car when we was driving wow That the part is old And over anything they didn't do that to my car But that the manager assume we hit the car and have fix on a weekend lol is amazing I went for oil change They don't want take responsibility now need paid for fix something they broke And they say control arms are bad Something they never mentioned on the huge list they give me The hard part is how they treat you after they make a mistake Clearly they say F U find someone else Or take me to court The one really bather me is manager try say we hit or do something to the frame during the weekend From 75 dollars job now hundreds Thanks for nothing Now they say my frame was hit long time ago But that never that happens Into the rotation Again thanks for nothing Sullisucks

    I found these freon caps on my windshield when I was given the car back. Fortunately I knew where these caps go.

    I'm not sure where to start. If you live here you probably get their coupons in the mail. That may be enough to warn you. It's probably a decent place to go do your usual maintenance like air filters or oil changes but I think the buck immediately stops there. Heck maybe you just need a tire repair because you got unlucky with a nail in your tire. I felt particularly unlucky. I take our '13 Fit in for an oil change since it's been a year but it's a really low mileage car. I just want the basics done. However we had a larger battery than the stock one and it impeded my ability to change the engine air filter, so why not have a paid professional do it. We got the car back and the electronics behaved strangely. Instrument cluster was dark. No dome lights on. Really strange jiggling of the needles on the panel when turning the ignition. Power locks not working. Really strange electric behavior after service. We brought it back the next day and the shop feigned dumb and made us get the proper sized battery. Apparently that resolved the issue, but how does a car know what kind of battery it's getting. That's beyond me. What took the cake was what you see in the picture. I simply wanted the freon to be topped off for a road trip next week going past Fresno towards Kings Canyon. They had a coupon for AC service for $197. I compromised to agree to an inspection to fully know what was going on. I guess it turned out to be a full car inspection because my car was off the ground and all the wheels came off. I received the quote for AC compressor replacement including AC freon recharge totaling over $1300. Even a low effort search on RepairPal says about $1200. There was also a laundry list of maintenances or repairs that were recommended. It was certainly more than the user manual that Honda provides. I rolled my eyes because I personally change my air filters now. Honda's maintenance minder system literally tells you to when the transmission fluid should be serviced. Honestly at this rate, I can't afford their brake service. Fortunately, I'm easy on the brakes so I've been stuck at 3mm this calendar year. I'm little surprised they didn't point out my balding tires. Anyway, point is they'll make an effort to upsell you. Of course I said no. The desk person's face was priceless. And I wasn't too amused. I walked out seeing my freon caps on the windshield and I threaded them back in. Dude, I could have driven off with parts flying out of my car. So instead, I paid for an inspection and now AC servicing. I'm just $200 poorer now. You can have your bag of SmartFood Popcorn back.

    Came in to Sullivan's for a flat repair Luis was very helpful and suggested I replace my tire due to the location of the damage Luis was very transparent with everything gave me an estimate and answered all my questions highly recommend Sullivans to anyone

    Brought my vehicle in Adrian helped me answered all my questions and all the staff was very helpful the technicians showed me what was wrong with my car educated me about the stuff it needed and helped me through out all the process recommend coming to Sullivan's anytime

    Not too busy  so why 2 and a half hours with an appointment?
