Very Bad service. To begin, very sloppy service by Andrew, one of the techs there. He is an older gentleman (50-60's), he was slapping my hood once i got there, He scratched the windshield frame with the squeegee to clean the windows, and he even scratched my front bumper when he leaned over to pour the oil, and began recording me without my consent and began arguing with me. Additionally, They installed the Wrong oil filter when I had called ahead of time to make sure they were going to install a different filter, before my drive from selma. I went here because i saw all of the good reviews, but it did not meet my expectations, they need new techs/employees. Andrew is old and outdated for this place, Very sloppy and unprofessional work on his end. I am yet to fully inspect the rest of vehicle from places where he was climbing around to clean my windows/check fluids, but i'm sure i will find further damage due to him. I am totally impressed with the excellent service provided by Chris & Rigo for an oil change for my 2004 VW Beetle. I went in June & they told me I didn't need an oil change until January which I appreciated their honesty. They were also able to check my air filter to see if needed replacement. When I went to the one on Clovis Ave. they spent over 1/2 an hour (3 of them) trying to figure out how to get to it. Rigo had little problem with removing it & showed me that it could wait until the next oil change. The pricing was affordable for me as I am a senior on a very fixed income. They checked all fluids & lights & were so friendly & informative that it was a very pleasant experience. They worked so well as a team and I was out in 1/2 hour or less! Employees were incredibly kind, didn't mind that I had no idea what I needed and calmly explained to be the difference in prices. Got my oil changed and my cabin air filter replaced, as well as them cleaning my front windshield! I had tree sap that I didn't know how to get off, and they took the time to clean it and explain how to do it in the future! 10/10 I'm coming back for my next oil change! read more

I just came in to get topped off with my oil, but as soon as I came in I was greeted warmly by all of the employees. Will Isacc and Tim were all very nice and friendly. I had a few questions about the upkeep of my car and they were able to answer them and help me understand a bit more than I did before I came in.
