Came in for an oil change that I'd been putting off for way too long (I know, I know... I shouldn't have ), but I'm so glad I finally did! This was the closest shop to me, and now I know I'll never go anywhere else. The whole experience was amazing. It's literally a drive-thru service you don't even have to get out of your car! The customer service is top-notch. Everyone was so friendly, welcoming, and always smiling. You can tell they genuinely enjoy what they do. My technician, Uriel, was incredibly kind and informative. He explained what my car needed without being pushy at all. Unlike some places I've been, I wasn't bombarded with a list of expensive services or talked down to. He simply gave me the information and let me decide, which I really appreciated. I paid about $140, which is around what I normally spend for an oil change, and I happily left a good tip because the service was that great. They also offer a free oil top-off before your next 3,000 miles, which is such a nice bonus! Highly recommend this place. They've definitely earned a loyal customer! read more

Had to review for the service. Everyone here seems like a total sweetheart. I was helped by Anthony and Josh. Came for full service oil change $133 before discounts for my 2012 Prius. They did a full check on all my lights and tires. And they even checked my cabin filter. They didnt recommend any additional changes or anything with my cabin filters or claim anything was wrong w my car, which checks out since I mostly keep up with it. And that's a good sign that they're just helpful and honest. I could see the workers in the other bay laughing and being friendly with the customers and other workers. So it was just a nice vibe for a lunch break on a weekday. They also cleaned my windshield and replaced my wipers (as ordered). Maybe I expect too much, but I went into the Hayward location and got service from an honest and ethical person for my car. No up-selling, I have been coming here for years. I came back with my daughter's car a week later( she also is a returning customer), but a different service person working on her car started recommending hundreds of dollars worth of services she now needs. What is included in the service we agreed to? Is it a part of the service to check brake lights, signals and tires? None of which were done. After visiting my mechanic and finding out my tires were dangerously defective and Oil Chargers did not warn me. There is a level of expectation of service. I had my oil changed at a different business (big mistake), I talked to Anthony about what my car was doing. He told me to bring it in. He looked it over, found they disconnected my fan and had oil spilled everywhere. He connected the fan and cleaned up the oil mess. He also noticed my tire was low on air and filled it. I've been coming here for years and I always appreciate the customer service. If they think my filters need to be changed they show me why. This last time they brought up an oil cleaner and when they checked they saw it was not needed. So I don't feel they are up-charging me for no reason. read more

If I could give 0 starts I would. Today my husband took in our car for an oil change. The car was perfectly fine before we took it in except for it needing an oil change. After it was completed and he left, the low oil pressure light turned on. Immediately a red flag. My husband took the car right back and then the workers here wanted to tell him that the oil filter housing cap was missing (It was not, the car was perfectly fine when we came in and I have the service record from DODGE that also says so) and HE HAD TO BUY ANOTHER ONE (THEY TOLD US AFTER HE HAD TO COME BACK. DIDN'T EVEN TELL HIM DURNING). After he did and they replaced it, shocker the light was still on. Then they wanted to tell us the sensor for the low oil pressure was just bad. We didn't do this back and forth with them and went to a mechanic. The mechanic then told us the whole oil filter housing got messed up. Not to mention there was oil all over the engine bay. They did the oil change sloppy af and didn't even clean up after themselves. Then they had the audacity to make my husband pay for a part they messed up. And they had the nerve to give us a $7 discount. That's so laughable and a slap in the face. On top of all of this they still asked for a tip for a OIL CHANGE. This whole establishment is sketchy and unprofessional. So if want a $117 oil change (ridiculous price btw) beware it might turn into a $1,000 job. Never going here again and I advise others to do the same. I've never had problems with Walmart oil change and it $80 MAX. That's where I recommend! read more

Service member weird and suspicious.. Asking personal questions such as occupation and many more private questions that had "ABSOLUTELY"nothing to do with oil...i gave him all fake answers so he wouldnt ruin my car. Asking questions to rob and maybe rape you you later is the impression i got..creepy .. Made me very uncomfortable and i felt unsafe during my whole experience because of the personal interrogation. They send out coupons for $10 off & if I forget to print they have always honored them seeing that I have been a customer for years. I'm thankful for the service I received here. Raul has changed my opinion about Oil Changers. Oil Changers generally tend to be the same, you go in, they ask you about replacing everything and anything so your oil change turns into 5 different things and it's $250 for your 15 min oil change. If you decline all the other critical services, they don't say a word to you and they give you your total. Raul provided great service from the moment I came, he was communicative with the other staff and the process from start to finish. I'm sure it's like a training checklist of things they need/should be doing but I appreciate him vocalizing it AND actually doing it. And this was the FIRST time an Oil Changers rep (I was going to other locations until I moved to Hayward) checked my cabin air filter. And that thing was nasty as heck. Not just "Oh it should be see through you need to replace it" but really really bad. After replacing it, he even threw away trash that was in my glove department.
