Irene is awesome. I come here to change my oil regularly and every time it's quick, easy, and professionally completed. If there are any services due, they let you know and offer to complete with no pressure if you say "no" or want to postpone. They also let you know of any recalls. I like the sticker they give you letting you know that date and mileage of your last oil change. Location is super convenient commuting from the peninsula to the east Bay and avoiding the 580 traffic, as well as being located right next to Quick Quack car wash so I can do both in one trip. Google search "Oil Changers Coupon" - they always have some kind of discount going. For our military, they have a permanent discount - while I'm not in the military, I really appreciate that they take care of our men and women in uniform. read more

Right away, they spotted a nail in my back right tire--something I hadn't even noticed. I am still reeling about how quick, how upfront and how easy it was to come to this location for an oil change. I have always avoided Oil Changers because they were like the Walmart of oils changers, in my opinion. I would have to wait over an hour in incessant lines, then the people working there would try to scare me into buying things for maintenance or the car will explode, etc, etc (joys of being a woman) so I can't even contain my excitement when I saw Irene. She was straightforward and clear about the price on any optional items, she mentioned that it has been two years since I've been to an Oil Changers (well yeah, I haven't been to a Walmart in two years either) and to see if I wanted the oil cleaned, I appreciate the thoroughness but I explained I had actually went somewhere else in between. Lo and behold, sometime during that conversation, they were done. WHAT- I expected to be there for HOURS, I brought a water bottle with me even though I live 5 minutes away. I'm really only getting oil changes annually (those dang remote workers) but I'm for sure going to come back to this Oil Changers when that annual mark comes up. But they checked all my fluids & said they'd top them off for free! Last time I went in they even checked a filter that was hidden inside my glove compartment!! They helped us out with an emergency tire pressure check. As we were about to get on the freeway to go on a long road trip our car alerted us of having low tire pressure. They saw us immediately. They put air in all our tires and said they were all low on air. We had gone to a Costco earlier that day and the air pump read them as having the correct pressure.
