My wife and I went here on Saturday (10/21). We weren't charged anything because an oil change wasn't needed. In fact, we were about 2,000 miles off. Lol. (I only drive the car about 12 times a month, and usually close to home.) A merger recently occurred, and so our information was already in the system (the oil change place that we normally go to in Union City either just closed, or is undergoing a name change). There was some confusion, and we were pretty embarrassed. The technicians, however, were friendly, and we received excellent customer service. The oil was topped off, the washer fluid was filled, and the tire pressure was checked. The filter was shown to us, and the windshield wipers were checked when my wife asked if they were sold. We were in and out in about 12 minutes (the customer who arrived earlier headed out a few minutes before we did). We thanked the main technician for being so honest and helpful. I was reading other reviews and couldn't agree more with the professional, respectful, and efficient service these guys gave. They were thorough and worked together well as a team (another vehicle pulled in at the same time) but that did not affect the attention and attitude they gave to us both. The business manager would be happy that they did in fact do some up selling and suggested other services. They weren't pushy when I declined some things at all, which to me is everything when it comes to customer service especially these days. These guys were fast, respectful, helpful and did their job (I know that's a lot to ask for these days). It was a more expensive than I expected, but they checked my coolant, air filter, washed my windshield, checked the air in my tires, and my all of the rear and front lights. The prior "quick lube" places I've tried did not do this. They tried to upsell on things but when I declined they were still respectful and very customer service oriented. I'd like to give a huge shoutout to Rodrigo who goes by Rigo! I came by during my lunch break this week and couldn't felt more taken care of. I expressed my car concerns and needs and Rigo effortlessly jumped right in to guide me. While I understand it is their job to offer other services outside of the oil change, he demonstrated how dirty my air and cabin filters were, the visualization really made a difference. We had a pleasant conversation about my car in general giving me helpful tips all throughout. When he handed me the receipt, he highlighted 2 separate services to keep in mind for in near future. As if every tip he already shared with me wasn't enough, he offered to re-calibrate my dashboard out of his personal kindness! Store manager George did not put my coolant cap inside back on which makes my coolant pressurized and said that it was ok to drive with out the spring. My car overheated and caused a domino effect within 5 blocks my car was towed to the shop where I was informed my coolant was low right after getting a flush and it had no leaks. The oil change service was quick. More expensive than dealer. What really annoyed me was asking for a tip for oil change. I dont mind tipping in a resturant where I sit for an hour and enjoy. Also I told them I have a 10 dollar off coupon, but got charged full price anyways. Kinda of shady, well its better to go to ur dealer same price or cheaper they will top all your fluids and rotate your tires. Go on dealer websites usually have good deals! read more

I've gone to other Oil Changers, but it was my first time going to this location. There was one car in front of me, but I only had to wait about 10-15 mins to be next. Once I pulled, they were really nice when asking me anything. Now, the reason I'm giving 3 stars is because I paid for an oil change, but they didn't even check my tire pressure, top off my windshield wiper, check my filters, nothing. It was pretty disappointing that all other locations I've been to have done all those things and this location didn't. I did go 30 minutes before closing, but the service should be the same for everyone. I probably wouldn't go back to this location and would instead find another Oil Changers next time. read more

For years I went to the nearest oil changer closest to my place, which happened to be a Lubeboys. Pricy, random fluid change, 0 transparency. It's always is one of my least interested activity. Not until today I looked up yelp and found this place. Amazing service and hospitality with reasonable pricing, clearly explained charges and what they have used, and some check ups to add on top of it. I have learnt how much Lubeboys overcharged, how they cheated and lied to me about their (full) synthetic oil (which I don't really need). Props to these folks. Will come back for sure. read more

We brought in my friend's 2010 Lexus ES 350 after calling in. Jorge helped us out so much to check the engine and leaks. Jorge and the other techs made sure to point out the leaks of the car and thoroughly checked the fluid levels. They did what we asked which was recommendations for oil change and fixing the issues. The amount what my friend paid was so much worth it for the time and care they put in. They were all so patient and spoke with you with care and knowledge. 3rd time here and they are always short staffed with a line of cars. Today there was 6 cars only 1 person working and after 15min of no movement, not even a hood closing or opening. My Kia Soul was a bit overdue for an oil change, and the usual appointment at the dealer was too inconvenient. At 47K miles, the feel when driving was rough. Oil Changers had serviced previous cars but this was the first for my 2019 Soul. First in the waiting line, it was reassuring when Joel motioned me to the right side, to take my turn, ahead of the next customer behind me. Halfway through the job, Joel reassured me that the white smoke was normal. He was confident but I was ignorant. Ok, fuel system needed cleaning to remove carbon buildup. I googled to educate myself while he continued, and I learned a few things about the GDi engine of my Soul. Almost done, my confidence shrank when it took five tries to start the engine. Once it started, it restarted easily, and at this point, Joel had earned back both my faith and trust in his know-how. He guided me out and I followed his last directions, running the engine at 2K rpm, then taking a 15-20 minute spin down the freeway. Happy to say my Kia Soul's GDi now purrs like a kitten and drives way smoother, thanks to Joel!!! read more

Didn't actually get my oil changed here but I did wait in line for a while just to pull up and find out I didn't want to pay that much for an oil change. Had the receipt in my glove box from another competitor near by (Insta Lube) and when the guy told me what it would likely cost I said no thanks, this other place is cheaper. He just said ok and let me go. Which I understand, he's not the owner so he doesn't give a crap, less work for him and he gets to go home. But bad for business. I just now saw on Yelp here two coupons for $5 off. He could have at least said something or maybe matched the price of the competition. Instead I just wasted my time. The next day (today) went to the competition and they said although they did raise the price one dollar since I was last there he'll do it for me for the old price as a courtesy since I had the receipt and everything.
