BEWARE! They don't stand behind their work. Ruined my oil pan had to spend $600.00 to repair it. Regional manager no help. Didn't even offer to refund my oil change that ended up on my driveway. Techs put in an oil plug that didn't fit and blamed it on the car with 13,5000 miles on it. Terrible customer service! Go anywhere but there!! read more

So much for a 15 minute oil change. They only had 2 people working there when I went. They have 3 bays, 2 for oil change and 1 for emission test. I was the next car in line, I waited almost 15 minutes before they started working on the one in the bay already. Cars were lining up for emissions but one was available to help them right away. People started to blow their horns, but they were ignored. All in all I was there almost an hour. You would think they would ae least gave some coupons or take some money off. They are pricy anyway, oil change and filter $102.00!! Really!! read more

Went there once expensive oil change even with coupon. High pressure sales on unnecessary repairs. Been fooled once not again.

Went in for a basic oil change. Got ripped off. I clearly answered, when asked that I wanted a Regular oil change ( hint Regular Oil ) It took longer than normal. They checked the air filter. I didn't ask them to as I change the filter myself. They showed it to me and then it took 3 of them to put it back in. When it's so simple to do on my truck. It took longer then the oil change. I give them my card to pay get my paperwork drive home and notice the hood is not even closed. And to top it off my bill is twice as much as it should have been. Why you ask. Well I asked for regular oil they put synthetic oil in that costs more. But still what I asked for. I get it they have to sell so much each day and may make commission. But cheaters never prosper. The fact that they let me drive on a low as fuck tire. They told me something was wrong with my tire valve but decided to not tell me that I'd be driving on a low air tire. I'm lucky I live close but if it was someone that lived further away that could've been bad. read more

I waited in line for a significant amount of time to get my emissions checked. After completing the work, they let me know the system to get me the Wisconsin tag/sticker for my car was broken. So I had to walk away without, but with the assurance that I wouldn't have to wait in line again when I returned to get the sticker. When I returned today I was met with rudeness and was completely brown off and told to get in the car line. I walked away. I would rather start over than give them my business after that treatment. Noteworthy that I have been coming to this location for more than 15 years. read more

After 15 years of going to this location, the new owners have ruined it. Probably twice the # of employees working as before, horribly inefficient (slow), and dramatically higher price than it was the last time I was there (when it was the old name). I was blown away by the price, and that was with a coupon, not to mention how long it took. I should have checked the price first. I am taking my wife's car to the place next door for half the price. Nice guys but my visit was a clown show. 45 minutes, confusion on what oil was appropriate, no ability to fill washer fluid but they marked it as filled. Yikes. Maybe they will get better, but not on my cars. read more
