I got an oil change and they diagnosed several other issues with the car. I chose to not pursue the work right away but mentioned that my tires weren't holding air. I live NEXT DOOR to their business so I wanted to support my local business. I explained my battery light kept flashing on and off and did they have time to visibly look at it (thinking maybe the connections may be bad). I was willing to wait if indeed the battery was the problem for a repair. It couldn't have taken more than 5 min to just look. The woman on the phone didn't ask any further questions, just dismissed me and said we don't have any openings today. Horrible customer service. Uncaring, inflexible and rude. Definitely no "going above and beyond" or "fitting me in". I'm an older single woman with grandchildren to drive around. So disappointed.
