I made an online appointment on Monday for only an alignment on the Friday of the same week at 8am. I get there at 745 and and the man at the desk says "if you made the appointment online and don't have a confirmation of appointment, I won't be able to get to you until next week." I then received a email at 810 saying my appointment was confirmed, after I had already made my way to work. Waste of my time and poor business procedure. Do not recommend. read more

Do not go here. I went for a single tire replacement, they turned it into a three tire replacement. They broke the lug nut studs, charged me for the replacement and labor costs. One of the tires they replaced rubs and grinds when I drive on it now. When asked about it, they just shrug and say it's closing time. Staff is rude, literally the stereotype of a sleazy auto shop doing every trick in the book to charge you as much as possible. Go to any other auto shop than this. read more

I made an appointment for a free quote on my breaks. They decided to do a full vehicle inspection (and charged me for it just over $52) and my quote was just over $3,200 (Of course they added on many services I don't need or want). They asked if I am going ahead with the services and I reminded them I only wanted a quote, and the customer service person said they are going to be so mad if they have to put my tires back on without doing any work. The whole process took approximately 2 and 1/2 hours, and it was incredibly uncomfortable once they realized I was planning to leave. I highly recommend going anywhere else for your car service or repairs. read more

Bought tires on tirerack.com, made an appointment at 5pm to have tries installed the day after the tires are delivered. Got there at 4:45pm, sat there till 5:30 pm to be told they don't have anyone to install the tires. the store close at 7PM, what are you guys doing between 5 pm and 7 pm? Fine, when I asked to pick up the tires and have them installed else where, I was told I can't and policy says they have to be installed at Firestone. I called tire rack and they told me I can. This store does not know how to arrange appointment or policy. I wasted 45 mins at firestone today, I would never come back to this store. (tire rack customer Service was great tho) read more

Mark does his best to explain your options, as well as work with you to get pro-rated discounts in unusual situations such as a Firestone tire that perhaps didn't quite reach the mileage warranty. I do not recommend them!! I had a tire rotation at Firestone here in Menomonee Falls on Appleton Ave. A couple weeks later I heard and felt the front left tire knocking. When I inspected it I realized the lug nuts were about to fall off!! Yes that's right, THE TIRE WAS ABOUT TO FALL OFF THE VEHICLE! I took it back to Firestone, showed them and they had zero concern about it and said, yeah sure, they'd fix it. I was dumbfounded that there was no concern shown by anyone there. They did not properly tighten the lug nuts and I could have crashed my car on the freeway the day before with my baby in the back seat, and they weren't concerned!?!? Then they got defensive with me when I asked to inspect the rim for damage and told me, oh, it's fine. Well I had my mechanic, Jared, take a look and realize there is damage to my rim. I called Firestone corporate and filed a complaint and a request to be compensated for the damage to my vehicle and to make sure they know how customers are being treated. That was a week ago, still no response. I could have died, my family members could have died, other people on the road could have died when a tire suddenly flies off a SUV at 70mph on a freeway. But yeah, why would there be any urgency whatsoever into dealing with this SERIOUS matter? It's very frustrating and sad when a huge company fails so badly like this. I've been a regular at that Firestone for various maintenance on my vehicles, and now they are forever losing my frequent business and I hope all of my family and friends business. And I just pray to the good Lord that Firestone does not kill someone, because that could easily have happened last week if I had not had the sense to stop my car on a 45 mph highway and check the tire. read more
