A little disappointed was told that oil changers no longer offers headlight replacement and check that spoiled offered. I checked on your site and it says that you still do headlight checks and advice. I asked if I could have my air filter's checked he said when I recently had my oil changed at Les Schwab that should have been replaced. I felt like since I wasn't going in for an oil change. I was being brushed off!! Poor customer service and satisfaction. May not come back!! read more

I had a maintenance light on so I came in for an oil change and Austin was very kind and explained that my oil levels were okay and it must've come on automatically with a setting. He answered all the questions I had and even followed up on maintenance I needed from a previous visit in addition to topping off my oil since I was already there. It can be so difficult to find truthful and kind mechanics when getting car work done as woman but Austin, along with everyone else, made me feel welcomed and happy with the service I had done. Oil changers Alessandro is like no other oil change place. The way the go about changing your oil is as professional as it gets with the respect, quickness, and they not only care about your car like it's there own but they always keep you in know knowing with what coming up on your car in services and they will make sure that you won't break down or will have problems. My tire had a nail in it and they let me know and good thing because I was about to tow a trailer all the way to Texas so glad they caught that for me. If you are coming close to getting an oil change definitely come to these guys they will bring you in like family. I have gone to spoiled for years me and my fiancé have always taken our cars here. So when I went the other day with both my Jeep and truck. The guys greeted me Before they where even open telling me where I needed to be . The thought of driving in was scary but they guided me and made it very comforting. While I was getting the oil change they did talk to me And it was fast as normal they are still Keeping the tradition of treating us girls to a flower which is always cute. I used to come to this location when it was "Spoiled" and I came today to find out they changed company's. Complete opposite of spoiled which is really upsetting. Not only did I pay way more than I used to, the service wasn't the best and I waited longer than usual as well. They didn't put my oil in until I paid for it & the workers just weren't helpful at all. I loved spoiled for their great customer service and great prices. I'm disappointed at this new company and I will no longer be getting my oil changed here. Just so you have an idea of how much more I paid, I usually paid $50 for full synthetic & today I paid $75 after some discount or whatever but it seems like a scam. read more

The technicians at the Moreno Valley location are always super helpful and friendly. I stopped by today for an oil change and they said my mileage did not indicate needing an oil change. They then checked and topped off all fluids and checked the air in my tires. All at no cost! They even reset the service light on the dash! Thanks guys! The staff are awesome, like always. Unfortunately when big corporation buys out a little businesses, the personal feeing is gone. Oil Changers should have take note of what made Spoiled successful. I would give the key and they would take it from there. They now make you wait in your car where you sweat your ass off while your car is being serviced. I quit going to Valvoline for this very same reason. Next thing you know they will nickel and dime you for every little service they can think of, disappointing. I have a fleet of 10 trucks that I have had service there for the last five years and now I'm thinking of going somewhere else. read more

I called oil changers on Alessandro and got a quote over the phone told me it was just a five minute wait and would only take seven minutes to change my oil . Got there was greeted pleasantly. The guys were all upbeat and positive. Changed my oil immediately and no waiting also they cleaned my windows. They didn't overcharge me or try to up charge me, great job I will be back read more

The customer service here is amazing!!! I was a loyal customer to Spoiled because of their friendly staff (and flower lol), so I was a little disappointed to see them go. However on my recent visit Chad, Corwin and Brian exceeded my expectations. The first time I went since the change wasnt the best experience but it seems all the those employees are gone and replaced with the dream team! I love when they were called spoiled, now I have to sit in my car, turn my engine off, on, step on the gas, and off. They don't give the mileage sticker anymore, nor do they tell you how many miles after to return. I think I'll look elsewhere due to the fact that there has been so many changes, don't get me wrong, if you like a drive through oil change, and great customer service, they have it. But I still love my reminder sticker. read more

First time here since they changed owners. I've seen more exciting atmospheres at a funeral. The employees just seem like they are dazed. They don't walk through what they did, they seem reluctant to check your tire air pressure, no reminder sticke given, much more expensive, and they didn't even bother to ask if I wanted my warning sensor reset. Piss poor service at best and they just lost another customer. read more

The prices here are ridiculous. I could have went to a dealership and for about 20 dollars more I could have had a tire rotation and a more thorough inspection. Definitely used to be better before the ownership change. Took my car in yesterday and you could tell they definitely did a half ass job. The staff was rushing to get you out of there and then my car appeared to be leaking oil when I got home which it wasn't prior to the oil change. Took it back today and apparently they were rushing and did not wipe something off. I'm not sure if it was a manager that was there today who I explained the situation to but he tried to explain that most of the bad Yelp reviews are because of the price increase which I see is definitely not true. The customer service has definitely plummeted and you would think with there being a price increase they would do even half the job that spoilled used to do. Not to mention he said there may be items that are recommended on your receipt that their staff will no longer go over... then how do you explain why you are even recommending them. Safe to say I will be taking my business somewhere else. read more

This place WAS the best! Warning- they've been bought out and whoever took over has stripped away everything that kept me coming back as a customer. They are charging more and doing less; it feels very corporate now - the mom & pop feel is completely gone, you now have to drive in and out yourself/stay in your car the entire process, the prices have gone up and I was up-sold on "extra services" for the first time ever. I kept coming back here for the ultra reasonable prices and super friendly, warm staff with great customer service... super sad to see all of that has been changed. They gave me a one time "discount" for being a return customer, which almost brought the price of the oil change down to what I'm used to paying here... but after the up-sale on extra stuff that I'm not sure I actually needed, I left paying almost $100. To top it off, we didn't get our mints and my girl didn't get her flower! Kind of silly to complain about, but those were examples of the little things that kept us coming back. Sad to say I won't be coming back to Spoiled... er, sorry- I guess it's "Oil Changers" now. read more

Since covid you don't get out the car but even before when you did you are getting right back in 10 minutes later. I am a former SpOILed customer and was very happy with their quick oil changes & excellent customer service. I came here hoping to receive the same, but this place fell short. I was here probably 30 minutes which wasn't that bad, but it certainly wasn't the 10 minutes I was used to. I usually get a synthetic blend & was charged $48. After reading the other reviews it sounds like i received a regular oil change. My oil life percentage was not reset as usual, and i ended up doing it myself. It was recommended that i change my cabin air filter (wasn't checked) & my air filter that was checked but I literally changed it the day before. The guys that helped me were nice & apologetic for the wait but they seemed disorganized. I am disappointed overall & will be going to a different place for future services. read more
