I was lucky it was close. I had not tried it before and I wanted to review it. Atmosphere: 3 Stars for the Outside / 5 stars for the inside Had to drive around to the back to enter the oil change bay. The location is conveniently situated, and the drive-through setup made the entire process hassle-free. Beautiful military flags and some nostalgia signs from classic times. First impressions are that the business has very friendly employees. Service: 5 Stars From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming and professional from the employee named "Conner." One of the standout aspects of this place is the speed of service. I didn't even have to leave my car, which made it extremely convenient. The technicians worked efficiently, completing the oil change in less than 15 minutes. Despite the quick turnaround, they didn't compromise on quality. Maybe it is standard, I don't know, but they checked my tires and filled them up. They topped off my fluids too. What really made the experience positive was the team's friendliness. They explained everything they were doing in a way that was easy to understand, and I didn't feel pressured to buy any unnecessary add-ons. The transparency in their work was refreshing, especially compared to other oil change places where I've felt rushed or upsold. Value: 4 stars. He could have just done the job and made a quick profit, but instead, he chose to be honest and informative. Despite losing a potential sale from me for the time being, he actually won my respect and affection. His professionalism and customer - centric attitude really impressed me. I left the shop not only with a better understanding of my car's situation but also with a strong sense of trust in this auto shop. I will definitely be back. I was a loyal customer of this location back when it was Spoiled, and if you ever experienced their service, you know it was top-tier. Unfortunately, Oil Changers is not Spoiled--despite being in the same location, the professionalism and service quality have noticeably declined. I continued coming here, hoping the changes were just growing pains from new ownership, thinking they would eventually work out the kinks. However, after multiple visits, it's clear that the level of service is no longer what it once was. The staff is slow, and even the simplest tasks, like directing cars into the right spots, seem unorganized. On my last visit, they had me switch sides multiple times, only to move me back to my original spot--this kind of disorganization shouldn't be happening at a place that used to run so smoothly. Beyond the slower service, they've also cut out the small touches that made Spoiled stand out, like the complimentary carnations and mints. While these may seem minor, they were part of what made the experience feel special. Now, it just feels like another generic oil change spot, with none of the prestige or attention to detail it once had. It's disappointing to see the decline, especially for those of us who remember how great this location used to be. Sonny & Chad were very professional & shared information with me that I didn't have any clue about. Hunter was funny he made me laugh & feel at home. I love my flower too. I will be taking Oil changers to court on behalf of the sabotage the did to my truck that day. Oil changers denied everything but as soon as my car pulled out their garage my 2017 Silverado had immediate damage. To its. They purposely did not feel it will left empty, put a whole in the condenser so the AC does not work, and deny all of it. So I'll see you in court. read more
