I had recently purchased a Stinger GT2 and drove it back from Rhode Island to NJ only to get stuck behind a dump truck carrying small stone with no top, unfortunately my new car had gotten so many chips that it needed to be repaired and painted. I called Mike on Saturday, he set me up for Monday and then delivered it to my house on Wednesday. The car looks better now than it did when I got it off the lot. Mike constantly sent photos and video along with any text or call updates or just to show progress. The surface is perfect and the color match is identical. I've dealt with body shops before, none have ever come close the level of workmanship, professionalism and customer service that OK provides. If you're ever unfortunate enough to need body work done, Mike makes sure that it is as painless as possible. My brand new Mercedes Benz was swiped in the rear and I was sick over it... ended up running into Mike picking up a Christmas tree and he immediately eased my mind and told me he would take care of it.... he is a man of his word... my car looks like I just drove-it off the showroom floor! Hands down the best service experience I've ever had. After we hit a deer a week before our lease was up, I had no idea where to bring the car. I heard about OK Auto Body from a friend and I'm so thankful. I spoke to Mike who was always easy to reach and very reassuring and knowledgeable. He knew my insurance adjuster and they got my car fixed on time. He kept me updated and I never even needed to call him, he was always a step ahead letting me know what was going on. OK Auto Body is terrific. Everything was perfect. Two friends who had used OK Auto Body highly recommended them. I do, too. There was extensive damage to the right rear from an accident. They promised the car would look just-out-of-the showroom and it did. That is not an exaggeration. Beautiful work. The charge was certainly reasonable and less than I expected. I can't say enough great things about this auto body shop. Michael came to see my car on his day off and then they had someone pick my car up to bring to the shop. Rosalia would call to update me on what is going on and reached out to my insurance company to take care of everything. They went above and beyond to help and get things done. When I brought my car in for repair the shop owner personally called the rental car company to come pick me up from his shop so I could easily transition into a rental while my car was being worked on.
