They delivered right to our hotel the night before so we were ready to go the next day. I rented my scooter for 2 days and it turned out my brother needed 1 for the next day. Okay, so I have a lot to say! I had to rent a couple of scooters last minute, as in the night…read morebefore my friend and I were flying down to Orange County. We are normally ambulatory, but she was recovering from 3 root canals the day prior and I was getting over food poisoning. Neither of us were in any shape to be walking miles on end, but we weren't about to cancel on Mickey! I researched several scooter companies, most of which did not have any availability so last minute. I found Anaheim Parks Scooters, but I was super nervous because there were no reviews yet. They had scooters available, they offered to drop off and pick up from our hotel, and they even offered a discount. It sounded too good to be true. I was praying it was not a scam. The checkout process was seamless and self-explanatory. I received confirmation emails immediately after placing the reservation. I only had to pay a deposit upfront, too. I later received an email after the scooters were dropped off at my hotel, including a follow-up one to let me know they had put covers on the scooters in case it rained. We flew in the next morning and found our lovely scooters waiting for us at our hotel. The keys were left with the front desk staff as stated. The scooters were clean, sturdy, spacious, and almost too fast once you're inside the parks. They were easy to maneuver and had a long-lasting battery. Shout out to Candy Cane Inn for charging scooters for us overnight! We used the scooters all day and the battery never even got down to the halfway mark. My only gripe is that I could not find clear information on their website as to when the scooters would be picked up. There was an AI Assistant that was available to chat and answer any questions. I needed the scooter for two full days, so the AI Assistant recommended I rent the scooters for three full days, as they are picked up by 10AM on the last rental day. However, the night before my last rental day, I received an email stating that the scooters would be picked up 30 minutes after the park closed on the last rental day. So basically, I could have gotten away with just two days instead of three. I received an email once the scooters were picked up. There were no hidden costs. Everything was transparent. I'm so relieved it was not a scam after all! I would highly recommend Anaheim Parks Scooters if you're looking to rent a scooter for the parks. Thank you for such a great scooter rental experience!

If you need to rent an ECV, plan ahead and rent elsewhere. You'll be a lot happier. We have…read moreexperience with non Disney ECV retails and now a Disney rental. In a nutshell, here is what we have experienced: -Obviously the cost for a non-Disney ECV rental will be cheaper but only if you have it for several days. The cost for the Disney rental was $60 a day at the time of this review. Typically, the cost elsewhere is around $170 for the week. Do your research. -So, the Disney ECVs have some big time speed limiters on them. It's very frustrating to not be able to go faster than a slow stroll on the fastest speed. it makes it difficult to maneuver around large groups of people and get out of people's way. I think the Disney lawyers went a little too far here. The non-Disney scooters that we have rented go much faster. I'm not saying you should be tearing around the park at breakneck speeds but you ought to be able to get where you want to go at a much less frustrating speed. -The annoying backup alarm. OMG!! Whenever you backup the Disney ECVs they emit a very loud, harsh shrill much like the sound of Iago being plucked alive!! The other scooters that we have rented make no backup sound at all. You just have to go slow and LOOK. -The most surprising limitation is the restriction of where you can even go on a Disney ECV. Do you want to go back to your hotel for a nap? Can't take the scooter. Do you want to go beyond Downtown Disney to the Disneyland Hotel area? Nope. Do you want to scoot into the Grand Californian to listen to some soothing piano music while watching a roaring fire?? Fat chance. You can go to all these places on a non-Disney ECV but Disney won't let you take their scooters. -As far as battery life, I was impressed with the Disney scooter. The battery indicated full charge for the entire time it was used in the parks. To be fair, the non-Disney scooters we have experienced also have an adequate battery life. -The overall condition of the Disney scooter was slightly lower than the other non-Disney scooters we have had experience with but this was not significant. So, if your feet hurt and you need to take a load off for a day, sure, by all means rent yourself a Disney ECV. Just make sure you take your blood pressure pills because you will be frustrated. I however would recommend checking with a non-Disney rental company to compare prices.

The scooter was in great shape and had lots of power to last me the whole day. The team truly went above and beyond when my scooter somehow got mixed up with another customer which resulted in my purchases being left in the other customers hands. The team went to find that customer and then shipped the purchases to me as I had already left to return to Oregon. We go to Disneyland often, and I have always rented directly from Disneyland. I will now be renting from this company!

We reserved our wheelchair the moment after we reserved our hotel, a few months in advance. On the day of arrival they delivered the chair to our hotel and it was brought to our room. It drove perfectly and smoothly, and it folded to be out of the way when necessary. We added two handle extenders from Amazon so that our driver could stand up straight while pushing it for many hours, On the day of our departure, we called them in the morning, and they came by to pick up the wheelchair from us at the hotel before we left. They are close to Disneyland, so this was very convenient. (Last year we ordered a wheelchair from some other company, and one of its wheels rubbed against the frame the whole time.) We will be always using One Stop Mobility in the future,

I found One Stop Mobility and what attracted me was its proximity to Disneyland Resort. It's located within the Camelot Inn and Suites right across the street from the parks. When you turn into the hotel, you'll pass the parking attendant and it's on the right side towards the back of the parking lot. You can't miss it because there are a ton of scooters outside the office. I submitted a request online two days before my visit, and they called me back later the same day. Someone helped me book the scooter rental over the phone. I wish you could do this online because you have to provide your credit card details to the representative that calls you back. They'll ask for your arrival window, and I recommend going first thing in the morning. I arrived a few minutes before they opened at 7:00 AM, and I waited about 15 minutes because there was one person in front of me. The scooter is fully charged when you check it out. They'll provide an overview on how to use the scooter, which is super helpful. How to turn it on, move forward, reverse, break, and adjust the seat. If you need to transport it, the scooter can break down, but it is SO heavy. You'll need two people to get this into a van, SUV, or truck. It has a speed dial, and let me tell you the max speed goes FAST, so be careful if you're on that setting. The turn radius is excellent for the scooters, I didn't have any trouble navigating sharp turns for some of the lines in the parks. My visit to the park started at 7:30 am and we left around 4:00 pm. The charge was still full, so if you're looking to rent one of these for a couple of days, this battery has enough power for that. I paid about $70 for a day rental, but that's because I added the scooter insurance ($10). I personally don't think you need this if you're just going to Disneyland Resort. I had no issues during my visit. I do think it's smart to add it if you're transporting the scooter in a vehicle to use at another location. If you leave the scooter unattended at the park, be sure to just take the key with you. You can return the scooter outside of business hours. You'll leave the scooter next to the office and leave the key with the hotel front desk.

The foreman they sent named Alek was terrific, but for some reason I had to deal with a lady named Doris in San Antonio to get my estimate. She was diligent and helpful, though, no problem. However when I tried to get clarification on how the ramp would fit and get reassurance that the company backed its work, I got a call from a lady named Nelly who was obnoxious and kept shouting that "she had addressed all my concerns" (she had not). When I tried to order the job, no one returned my call and Eric Smith who I had emailed never bothered to reply. Up to you to decide if you want to be treated this way.

Then I called Next Day Access and was happy to hear they were in Anaheim so next door to me. Doris was very accommodating and found me a technician that could come between 9-11 on Wed. The technicians came at 8:55 am ( what a wonderful surprise) and they were both very polite and professional. After determining both my batteries had to be replaced they called around to see if they could locate replacement batteries. They came back in the afternoon to install the batteries and finish the service. I called the office back later to mention that the seat still felt wobbly and Doris made sure that they came back the next day and now my seat is perfect! I recommend this company 100%. My experience tells me that my satisfaction is very important to them and that I am 100% satisfied with the job. They will be my go to for all future needs with my stairlift as the company that installed my stairlift 10 yrs ago is no longer in business. I am so grateful to have found them. I have a Bruno outdoor stairlift.
