The foreman they sent named Alek was terrific, but for some reason I had to deal with a lady named Doris in San Antonio to get my estimate. She was diligent and helpful, though, no problem. However when I tried to get clarification on how the ramp would fit and get reassurance that the company backed its work, I got a call from a lady named Nelly who was obnoxious and kept shouting that "she had addressed all my concerns" (she had not). When I tried to order the job, no one returned my call and Eric Smith who I had emailed never bothered to reply. Up to you to decide if you want to be treated this way.

Then I called Next Day Access and was happy to hear they were in Anaheim so next door to me. Doris was very accommodating and found me a technician that could come between 9-11 on Wed. The technicians came at 8:55 am ( what a wonderful surprise) and they were both very polite and professional. After determining both my batteries had to be replaced they called around to see if they could locate replacement batteries. They came back in the afternoon to install the batteries and finish the service. I called the office back later to mention that the seat still felt wobbly and Doris made sure that they came back the next day and now my seat is perfect! I recommend this company 100%. My experience tells me that my satisfaction is very important to them and that I am 100% satisfied with the job. They will be my go to for all future needs with my stairlift as the company that installed my stairlift 10 yrs ago is no longer in business. I am so grateful to have found them. I have a Bruno outdoor stairlift.

One Stop Mobility - Got on my wheels let's see Disneyland in the rain#90s

We reserved our wheelchair the moment after we reserved our hotel, a few months in advance. On the day of arrival they delivered the chair to our hotel and it was brought to our room. It drove perfectly and smoothly, and it folded to be out of the way when necessary. We added two handle extenders from Amazon so that our driver could stand up straight while pushing it for many hours, On the day of our departure, we called them in the morning, and they came by to pick up the wheelchair from us at the hotel before we left. They are close to Disneyland, so this was very convenient. (Last year we ordered a wheelchair from some other company, and one of its wheels rubbed against the frame the whole time.) We will be always using One Stop Mobility in the future,

A couple of months ago, I sprained my ankle badly and unfortunately it happened around the time I…read morehad a Disney trip planned. I found One Stop Mobility and what attracted me was its proximity to Disneyland Resort. It's located within the Camelot Inn and Suites right across the street from the parks. When you turn into the hotel, you'll pass the parking attendant and it's on the right side towards the back of the parking lot. You can't miss it because there are a ton of scooters outside the office. I submitted a request online two days before my visit, and they called me back later the same day. Someone helped me book the scooter rental over the phone. I wish you could do this online because you have to provide your credit card details to the representative that calls you back. They'll ask for your arrival window, and I recommend going first thing in the morning. I arrived a few minutes before they opened at 7:00 AM, and I waited about 15 minutes because there was one person in front of me. The scooter is fully charged when you check it out. They'll provide an overview on how to use the scooter, which is super helpful. How to turn it on, move forward, reverse, break, and adjust the seat. If you need to transport it, the scooter can break down, but it is SO heavy. You'll need two people to get this into a van, SUV, or truck. It has a speed dial, and let me tell you the max speed goes FAST, so be careful if you're on that setting. The turn radius is excellent for the scooters, I didn't have any trouble navigating sharp turns for some of the lines in the parks. My visit to the park started at 7:30 am and we left around 4:00 pm. The charge was still full, so if you're looking to rent one of these for a couple of days, this battery has enough power for that. I paid about $70 for a day rental, but that's because I added the scooter insurance ($10). I personally don't think you need this if you're just going to Disneyland Resort. I had no issues during my visit. I do think it's smart to add it if you're transporting the scooter in a vehicle to use at another location. If you leave the scooter unattended at the park, be sure to just take the key with you. You can return the scooter outside of business hours. You'll leave the scooter next to the office and leave the key with the hotel front desk.

The gal refused to sell me one because she said mine was perfect for her, and didn't want to take my money. I was very impressed with that. Most entities would sell you one anyway, in my opinion. In fact, we went to another store first to buy a cane, and the lady sold us something that we couldn't use and try to sell us other things that we didn't really need. Long story short, we ended up buying a cane and eventually a electric wheelchair. They also gave us a sample of a CBD Balm, and said it will immediately take the pain away from my wife's arthritis in her knee - with a comment that "I know you will be back to buy the product because it has worked for everyone that I've done this with". They were right! The pain goes away immediately, and we have probably recommended this product to at least 10 to 15 other people who suffer pain from arthritis. What impressed me the most also, was the attitude of their customers coming into the store to buy something. Most of them seem to be repeat customers. I've also ran into friends that know the store, and say it's the best store for product, service and value. Everybody there is very professional, they know their products, and the service is way above any five star rating I could possibly give. Not only do I recommend this store, we also have become a part of their family.

When returning the scooter I informed the person from there company we lost the arm rest at the park due to them not being attached properly. I was told that since they delivered a damaged scooter and just threw whatever left over arms they had at their store; I would not be charged for the missing arm rest. When I get back home I see the charge on my card. I call them and ask to speak to the manger Chris. After informing me he will call me back after speaking to the "owner", I get a text message. Very unprofessional. As he informs me of their "generosity of the discounts" they gave us. I have to then correct him. Chris tell me they gave us 2 scooter for the price of 1. I never ordered 2 scooters. His dates were inaccurate and tried to say we're used something we never received. They try to add false information and fake reservations to seem well-intentioned. Since he has no decency to call me back I proceed to call him back our conversation lead to false information and Chris proceeds to curse and use profanity as their "general manager". -Lack of customer service -Lied and allegations -Extra charges -Profanity and rudeness -Faulty equipment Are all the things you will receive if you use their services.
