After visiting dealer for a dash issue on my 2023 limited 1500 Ram and two outstanding recalls as well as oil change and rotate tires. Dropped truck off for the day for repairs received a receipt stating recalls completed and told that dash was ordered on 8/11/2025 and would contact me when dash comes in as of 9/29/2025 my Dodge app states recalls where not completed called dealer due to no call about dash being received to get Repair completed and they said that they have not ordered a dash. It's been FOUR MONTHS since I purchased my used Jeep from this dealer and I still haven't received a copy of my sales contract. I have called, texted, and emailed these people and I've officially given up. The Jeep desperately needed an oil change but their service department was backed up so the manager Todd offered to reimburse me. I provided the receipt to my salesperson Garry on 3/16/25 and he said he would give it to management. Then on 4/15/25 Garry said he would sent it to management again. The only time I heard from them was from a different salesperson trying to sell me another car!! On 6/11/25 I texted Garry once more trying to get some answers and he left me on read. Here we are on 7/7/25 and I never got the check or literally anything in the mail from them. Including the contract! I called two different times in the last couple months and talked to two "managers" that said they would call me back. Spoiler alert, they never called me back. Test drove vehicle, made deal, approved agreement signed by me and delaership, finance approved, signed initial paperwork, was going to sign sales agreement when they stated they were having "technical difficulties" with their system. It was agreed that I would come back in two days and at that time the truck would be detailed and final paperwork ready for me to sign. The next day, I received a message from the dealership requesting a call back and I receivved a text with another sales quote but this one was different from what we agreed on. I called the dealership and was told that the owner "vetoed" the deal that was made because he would be losing money. If I wanted the truck it would be at the updated sales agreement to the tune of approximately $2,000 more. Pretty LOW DOWN business practice to run my credit and get me approved just to change the sales agreement the day before I was to pick up the vehicle. read more

As a person in sales myself, and as a very choosy consumer, I judge a business (in this case, a car dealership) based upon communication efficiency, manners, knowledge, and - most importantly - its team's patience with me ‍ André picked up the phone and answered every detail about the automobile I wanted - we compared years, colors, packages. And he was able to do what I call, "working backwards." He quickly helped me decide whether it was worth my time driving out there after I told him exactly what I was looking for: Make, model, year, cash amount brought to the table, monthly payment and trade-in options. My product specialist/sales person, Roxy, was amazing - a fellow queen! We took a test drive and had some friendly conversation. She went into every detail of exactly what I was getting myself into - from the automobile itself to the financing process. She even educated me on traditional bed liners versus spray liners. Best of all, after Andre said that my proposed deal was a "go," Roxy began paperwork preparation to save SO much time of the mundane steps of car buying. And the final step - finance manager! Thank goodness Mr. Vomero? (Rhymes with "Romero" ) could talk sports. Personality is crucial when you're signing over a few years away in the financial aspect of life. He even took his "sales hat" off and provided to me solicited advice about what to finance in life, pay off, etc. I so much appreciate it when the "human" comes out of a sales staff member. My point is: the small town customer service is *real* - I'll be there again just to stop by and say "hello." LIARS, Spoke to Marilyn about a 2010 Ford Fusion. I had said I saw the price for 5900 online . She led me to believe that this price was possible and so I drove out to take a look at the car. When I got there I was brushed off by Marilyn to their "Sales Manager". He showed me the car and I test drove it and was interested in it. I made an offer of $5900 and the Sales Manager grinned and offered $ 6500. But not only that he added + 505 tax (ok fair enough) + 1200 (dealer fee WTF) + 250 tag transfer (what a joke) +200 electronic filing fee (These guys are insane). So they could deny it they would not put it in writing and made me write it down. These people with there poor attitudes as well as crooked tendencies should be avoided. What a joke! I call about a vehicle listed on their website to confirm availability, I'm told "yes it's available". I advise that I'm TWO PLUS HOURS AWAY and make an appointment for the next day to view the vehicle, couldn't make in there before close the day I called. I encounter unknown construction during my 2.5 hour drive and call to inform them I'll be 30 mins late. They took my name and number and said they'll push my appointment by 45 mins just to be safe and they'll notify my salesperson. I arrive 25 mins after my original appointment time, 30 mins early to the new time and ask for my salesperson. I'm promptly told she's not working that day, not even scheduled, and I say I had an appointment with her. They ask my name and say "oh we took a deposit on that vehicle just ten mins ago", "it's back getting detailed now". Next thing out if his mouth "are you looking to pay cash or finance". I just walked out. I believe it was an all to common scam, which is illegal. They advertise an impossibly good price on a vehicle only to say it's not available when you get there. If it truly did sell literally right before I got there, then why didn't someone call the guy who had an appointment to see it and was known to be driving from over 100 miles away? Why didn't the person who took my call about being late tell me the vehicle looks to be sold? Where was the lady I called and made an appointment with? She told me to ask for her by name. She stated she was the sales manager on the phone. Didn't expect treatment like this from a legitimate dealership. What a joke! read more

Made a appointment for the next day. A few minutes later I received a phone call from a sales rep from the dealer to check if I had questions. I told him I was surprised that he called because I already had a contact. Come to find out that the number I first called was a Call center and not the dealership and that actually, they added another 2k for car reconditioning....bringing the car at the door at about 25k. i asked to talk to a manager "Andre", nasty attitude, telling me that he had a hard time with my accent! I am special education teacher and in this country for the last 25 years and I never had a problem before...especially from someone who "axe" me questions! He hung up on me because I confronted him. I called back and his excuse was that we were disconnected. He did not even have the courage to own his actions. He agreed to reduce the price to 24k and told me that the reconditioning fees were mentioned on the site. I double checked and THEY ARE NOT! . Totally frustrated and not trusting the dealer I went to visit Okeechobee Dodge prepared to trade it in. The sales person asked me to let his service manager take a look and see what he thought. Low and behold he knew exactly what the problem was. After spending 72 bucks my truck is like new again. BUYER BEWARE and I can't emphasize that enough. I purchased a used vehicle that was advertised as a certified preowned vehicle and that it went through a 125 point inspection. On the drive home from the dealership the "service airbag system" warning popped up on my dash screen. I called the next day and left a message for Kevin Bays (sales manager) to explain all the issues I had found upon further inspection of the vehicle including the airbag warning and was told I would get a return call by the end of the day. I did not receive a call back and after 2 more left messages he finally left me a voicemail saying that they were aware of the issue prior to me purchasing the vehicle and had already ordered the part to repair it. None of this was disclosed to me prior to me purchasing the vehicle otherwise I would not have purchased said vehicle. Since their dealership is 3 and a half hours from where I live Kevin told me that he would ship the part to a dealership closest to my house and pay for repairs. All of that sounds great except the part has never been shipped and payment arrangements have not been made with the dealership that will be fixing the vehicle. I have called every day for the past 15 days asking to speak with Kevin only to be told he isn't available and they will take a message and nobody else at the dealership is able to help with this issue apparently. Went to eat and came back an hour later. Still hadn't taken my truck back. Asked service manager to find out how much it would cost to add GPS-still don't know the answer. She said she would have to ask the parts manager who evidently was absent. Big guy smoking a smelly cigar near the front door-poor impression for a really poorly run business. I was in Okeechobee for work and my truck started making noise. The guy in service here talked me through directions to find the shop. It was later in the day and I thought I would be in for an overnight stay. They got the problem figured out right away and promised to stay until they fixed it so I wouldn't have to sleep over. Luckily they got it done only a few minutes after normal closing and so I didn't have to test their convictions! They even got my overdue oil change done while the mechanic was waiting for a part. The cashier stayed to close out my bill as well. My truck was fixed and they went above and beyond to do it for an out of town customer with a warranty job. I couldn't ask for more. Not even 1-star worthy, but I was forced into 1 star. This dealership is a joke. To start with they an appointment time to come in and look at a car that was online and no one showed for 45 minutes and never did showed up. Online they stated that they would give an amount for a vehicle as a trade-in(issues were disclosed) then went back on their word after credit report was run and said that they would not make any allowance for the trade that they sent a quote for from their online chat sales department(have a screenshot of chat showing the offer made based off Vin and the issues being disclosed) Took over 4 hours for the purchase to be completed. During the entire time of looking at the vehicle it was raining and the car was wet. Once the vehicle got home, we noticed things that were wrong with it that were not discussed or disclosed during the sale. There was a spot on the trunk where the clear coat is missing that could not be seen when it was wet(this was not visible in the photos that were online of the vehicle or mentioned at any point during the sale) This was noticed as soon as the vehicle was put under the carport and dried off and email was sent within an hour of getting vehicle home) Tried to call them and no one picked up the phone so took it back the next morning and they said since it looks like it was touched up they would not do anything about it(looks like they touched it up to try to hide it since it did not appear in the stock photos of the vehicle online) The car specs list that there are lock nuts on it and there are no locknuts. The radio will not turn up with the dial. There were no back mats in the vehicle (was told to go to Walmart) The fob was missing and was told just to order one off eBay and have it programmed, which is another expense. They sold a gold warranty on the car for 2yrs for $1600 and didn't even provide the paperwork to show what is covers, which I know it is not the "bumper to bumper" warranty that is portrayed, not to mention that the dealership was told this was not needed because there was protection on the vehicle from a 3rd party. BUYER BEWARE! If you are planning on purchasing a vehicle through contactless delivery if anything is wrong with the car when it is dropped off at your house this dealership will go out of their way to not addresses your concerns and basically tell you to go fly a kite. If this happened with an in-person transaction, I can only imagine what a contactless sale nightmare you will encounter if there is anything wrong with the vehicle. ****** Sad to say but it gets even worse than that. The vehicle listed online was not the price on the vehicle contract. They increased the price by $789 in the contract after they said they were going to take a thousand dollars off from the previous experience of setting up an appointment to look at it and no one showed up, so to summarize they added $1789 dollars to the purchase price(counting the "$1000 loyalty credit" that they said they would give) plus $1608 for a warranty that does not cover everything giving you a total of $3397 that the added to the price that they "said" they were selling the vehicle for. Mind you that this was all done to someone on a fixed income that is totally and permanently disabled. Great job Okeechobee Dodge you have taken the gold prize in screwing your local community that tried to support a local business. Took my car in for a fuel leak and was told I needed a new gas tank. The gas tank was changed and it's still weak. Took it back and they lubed this seal on the pump, and the leak persistent. Took it back and they replaced the seal on the pump. Took it back and they said the pump was leaking. So here it is I spent over $1,900 on a gas tank that wasn't the problem and they will not reimburse me for it. The problem was a faulty fuel pump, so I called Dodge customer service and they were no help whatsoever. They were more than happy to listen to me and write down what I had to say but I am still out $1,900 read more
