Thankfully, we moved to the bar area, found a table, and Stephany saved the day! She immediately noticed we were frustrated and turned the whole experience around. She took excellent care of us, and from that point on everything was fantastic. I had the chicken salad and my wife had the burger -- both were delicious. The drinks were also excellent. It was just a 5 minute walk back to my hotel room so everything was fresh. At first I was impressed with the salad, until I realized it was atop a giant fried tortilla that took up half the to go container. Like a chipotle burrito sized tortilla. It had a lot of corn and black beans, but it was short on the pico and avocado and frankly lettuce. Though a good amount of chicken, which was flavorful and cooked perfectly. The citrus dressing was tasty but very watery and did not cling to the salad. It mostly just pooled at the bottom. The sour cream didn't seem to have any lime, but just tasted like bitter dried chili powder. The fried tortilla was crispy and oily and mostly wasted. The salad was just ok. Probably better to eat at the location and not as a takeaway. I have been here a couple of times and the best thing I have had here were the green beans. They're very good green beans. Everything else has been pretty average.

I had the Mexican style lager and it quenched the thirst I had as I walked in and spotted all the beer tanks. But then I wanted a pickle inspired drink beer... they had it - washed everything down nicely. The kiltpin was also so tasty!!! The staff definitely helped us to feel very comfortable in the place.. My go-to here is still the Rad Hombre, but their IPAs, sours, and ciders are all solid too. The brewery itself is a great spot to catch a Thunder game -- spacious, laid-back, and not overly hectic. Huge plus that you can bring outside food in. Service was okay overall. The staff wasn't particularly welcoming, and when we were waiting to order, I honestly thought one of the employees was another customer since she was busy chatting for a while. Still, the beer and atmosphere make it a spot worth checking out.

The good thing is, it's located inside a building that has a Vietnamese restaurant in it. I went with the Paa Paa Rice Lager, it's light and delicious. I do t like bitter beer and it wasn't bitter at all. I got the chicken breast pho from the restaurant. Omg was it some of the best Pho I've ever had. Slightly peppery broth with a perfect balance of good tender chicken breast, herbs, noodles, onions, etc. the broth was delicious and not too salty. Over the food came out super fast. You can eat it in the brewery while you try their delicious beers. Both places get 5/5 fo taste and service!!!

The decor is so vibrant and retro. From records and video games, to comics and actions figures. I tried their signature beer they are known for, it really has the coolest story behind it. I also had samples of a few other kind before committing to a complete pour. That was a really nice option to have, especially because I don't know much about beer.
