We were seated by the hostess and waited over 15 minutes with no service (while tables around us were being helped). I was ready to walk out. Thankfully, we moved to the bar area, found a table, and Stephany saved the day! She immediately noticed we were frustrated and turned the whole experience around. She took excellent care of us, and from that point on everything was fantastic. I had the chicken salad and my wife had the burger -- both were delicious. The drinks were also excellent. I was in town again and opted for take out. It is july and HOT, so I opted for a salad. I checked out the menu before I came and ordered the taco salad to go. "Diced grilled chicken, shredded romaine, avocado, pico de gallo, black beans, corn, mozzarella cheese, citrus dressing, cumin-lime sour cream drizzle, crispy flour tortilla shell" It was packed up well, and I appreciated that they packed the chicken separately, as it was still hot and didn't affect the texture of the salad. It was just a 5 minute walk back to my hotel room so everything was fresh. At first I was impressed with the salad, until I realized it was atop a giant fried tortilla that took up half the to go container. Like a chipotle burrito sized tortilla. It had a lot of corn and black beans, but it was short on the pico and avocado and frankly lettuce. Though a good amount of chicken, which was flavorful and cooked perfectly. The citrus dressing was tasty but very watery and did not cling to the salad. It mostly just pooled at the bottom. The sour cream didn't seem to have any lime, but just tasted like bitter dried chili powder. The fried tortilla was crispy and oily and mostly wasted. The salad was just ok. Probably better to eat at the location and not as a takeaway. I have been here a couple of times and the best thing I have had here were the green beans. They're very good green beans. What a great find! If you're ever traveling through Oklahoma City it's a must stop. The chicken fried chicken is amazing. The mashed potatoes are the best I have ever had! The chicken was seasoned well and was nice and crispy. My partner had the meatloaf and absolutely loved it. The service was excellent even though it was very crowded. Fast and friendly. Try: Beer Flight and Pepperoni Rolls! Why: I wanted to try some new local beer so got a flight. I really enjoyed the Old King Kolsch, Bluesberry Ale, and Blood Orange Wheat. I like their laminated flight card with additional details about each beer. They paired nicely with the Pepperoni Rolls. The rolls were my dinner entree since I had a huge lunch and wasn't too hungry. They tasted good and were easy to eat. Slightly crispy edges and some rolls had lots of cheese that was also slightly crispy. Notes: Spacious with tons of tables for small and large groups. Bar was mostly full during dinner time so I got a small table. Many TVs available to catch sports games. I enjoyed the ambiance, beer, and good service. My family and I were visitng from out of town and we were hungry. I knew a brewery with a great menu would satisfy my party and so happy I wasn't too disappointed. My family all ordered great items -The Bricktown Burger was a classic and very hearty and loved how they seasoned and cooked the beef patty! The French fries were a bit starchy but very crunchy, just how I like it. -The Turkey Bacon Guacamole Melt with a swapped out cheese for pepper jack was giving cozy and comfort. They kayered it evenly where one ingrediant didnt overpower the rest. I almost stole this meal from my sister, the side salad was very large and 100% fresh. As for my chili it sadly fell short. I hardly ate it because it was more of a can of chili with the grounded up meat for a hotdog. I wasn't a fan and focused more on munching on my neighbors plate, hah. The side of coleslaw wasn't too bad but seamed to lack seasoning. Their brew was tasty and enjoyed the happy hour special while we had a late lunch. On our way back to Texas and spending another night in OKC and on advice of Tiki bar owner we came to Bricktown Brewery to grab some dinner and so glad we did. Started out with some beer and a cherry limeade for before dinner drinks. Hubby ordered the teriyaki chicken sandwich and scarfed it down so fast I could barely get a pic. I had the French dip Sammy and it was really good but needed some pizzazz. Like maybe some grilled onions or bacon marmalade, just to make it a little tastier. Ended on an espresso martini and the apple crisp dessert with vanilla ice cream. If you are trying to decide whether to do dessert or not... go for it, it's worth the extra calories. Server was excellent, forgot to catch is name but he was awesome. All in all it was a wonderful experience and a very satisfying dinner. Visiting from Baltimore, my foodie brother suggested we meet up at Bricktown Brewery near my hotel. Five of us were able to get seated right away. Ayden was our server and they were fantastic! That kitchen can sling food! Not real impressed with the meal however. The sandwich consisted of two stacked pieces of chicken. It was too tall to take a bite of, and would not compress. Ended up disassembling the thing to eat it. The spicy sauce tasted like chili. Fries seemed like they'd been sitting under a warmer for a while as well. Prices are very reasonable. The drink I ordered was good overall, though it was a little sweeter than my preference. Other than that, everything was enjoyable. I've also visited another Bricktown Brew location before, and that experience was really nice as well, so I can definitely say they maintain good service and a welcoming environment. It's a great hangout spot, especially for people who enjoy a relaxed vibe. They also have a very wide and impressive beer selection, which is super cool. Poor Mustang can't catch a break. Gave another "new"restaurant a go last night and so sorry I did. Same bar and grill atmosphere, loud, broader line sanitation and service. The food was atrocious! Cheese curds fried so long that there was no curds inside, empty batter shells with the melted cheese clumping them together. Thought the flavor was a little off due to the cheese being a little strong but I was wrong. I'd ordered fish and chips and soon realized the off taste was the fryer oil. I truly believe the fries were leftovers from lunchtime and the fish had sat under the heat lamp so long that there was top was petrified crisp and the bottom soggy and falling off. This place is one of my favorites to eat in OKC. Good burgers and good beer are a must try, but they have other good food as well. I tried the Bleu Cheese Bacon burger this last time and it was delicious. Service was good, and no major complaints. The only con I would say is it did take a bit of a long time for the food to come out, and with two small children that's always a concern, but other than that, I enjoy the food here. read more

He answered all of my beer tasting notes questions very well and did a great job with recommendations. I tried a flight of four of their five beers. They were the Blues Berry, BTB Kolsch, Millie's Red Rye, and the Wiley's Blood Orange. They were all easy drinkers. The blueberry and the blood orange beers had, what I consider to be, subtle fruit flavors that didn't taste like fake fruit flavoring. I also had a Stonecloud Lite, which was good as well. My wife had the chicken fingers with fries and coleslaw, and I had the fried chicken mac and cheese. The chicken was awesome! We loved the flavor of the breading!
