My…read morewasher broke suddenly and apparently after contacting multiple businesses the part is very expensive or most places couldn't fix the model I had. Came here found what I wanted right away. They have a huge inventory of washers and dryers. Plenty of refrigerators and stoves too. The staff was very helpful and friendly. And the pictures do not show how huge this place is, I mean wow. They will have what you're looking for. I will definitely be back. I would recommend at least checking this place out before you shop around because chances are you'll be back just like me :)

Take a look at their reception area, papers everywhere, a mess..dirty and dusty!! Appearance says a lot. If they don't even care what customers can see, that tells you a lot. Even though it looked like a mess in there. I bought a washer and dryer set for about $745, since I was trying to be frugal and it was cheap. The dryer was fine. The washer however shook like an earthquake and didn't spin correctly, leaving the clothes dripping wet! I immediately called Appliance warehouse and they sent a repairman out in a week, they stated it was the soonest someone can come out to check it out. Mind you, I just had a baby and is recovering from a c-section. Having two kids under 2, I need to do laundry and can't wait a week. I was so frustrated! Repairman finally came out and ran a few cycles and stated we have to run it only on "normal" cycle. Ok....I should be able to run it on whatever cycle suits my needs, that's why there are different options on the washer. Days after he came out, same thing the washer was loud and shook again (on normal setting). I called Appliance warehouse again and it's the same story, I had to wait for days for a repairman to come out. I asked if we can get a replacement, and the lady who is tan and has long nails stated "no" the repairman has to try and fix it at least "6" times...EXCUSE ME?? Finally, after one last attempt, repairman came out again, and they washer now does not shake anymore but I am only able to run it on "normal" cycle, not "heavy or light cycle". I found out that all of their washer and dryers are all torn apart and rebuilt with reburnished parts (junky parts). Long story short, go somewhere else! You're better spending an extra $100-200 for a brand new set at Costco. I AM NEVER COMING BACK HERE! Oh yeah, and they tell you to leave as "good review" to get a free month of warranty.

I went to American Freight at their location in Rancho Cordova in search of a new refrigerator…read more Marcos greeted me and my daughter to see what type of refrigerator I was looking for and showed me a few ones. I settled on a refrigerator at a cost of $1200; he told me about the extended warranty at a cost of $599.99 for 5 years (this was beyond my budget, and I did not purchase). I explained to him that I already had appliance insurance, and this would be covered under my home warrant plan. He tried to tell me that they would come out 2 times/year; and no cost for parts or service. I inquired about delivery and was told i could do one of two things, pick it up myself they could deliver thru a third party at a cost of $150.00. I was also told if I returned my old refrigerator, American Freight would charge me $20 to dispose. On the date of the pickup, I dropped off my old refrigerator and was told by another sales associate, Ashkan to dispose of my old refrigerator would cost $35. I told him the price Marco told me was $20; while I was standing there, Carlos contacted Marco and I heard Marco say that he provided me an incorrect disposal price and the price was $35. I told Ashkan that is not my problem and I am only going to pay the $20. Initially, both Marco and Ashkan wanted to make sure I scanned the barcode to leave a review of the service they both provided. They were not as eager for me to leave a review after the situation regarding the price to dispose of my old refrigerator. Marco did not greet me or acknowledge me during anytime while I was in the store and to think I made sure he received commission on the sale even though he was not at work when I came back to make the final purchase. I will never make another purchase from American Freight again. Buyer beware!

It was a little…read moreintimidating walking in there because there's lots of shiny, expensive stuff, and a few people looking too busy to help. I finally worked up the courage to ask about the 4 door fridge I was looking for and a similar 3 door fridge. They said they could most likely price match the cheapest option online (Airport Appliance) I left saying that I needed to discuss with my partner. I came back a few days later to purchase the fridge. The same person was available to help me, but he asked me "Is your husband okay with the fridge?" which was a little off-putting, because it's 2026 and we don't need a man's approval for an appliance purchase. They were able to price match Airport Appliance's price for the 3 door fridge, which ended up coming in just under $3000. After the purchase, it largely went radio silent. I ended up calling again to follow up after a week, and then two went by. They said that it was ordered and on the way and that the installer would be reaching out to me when the fridge was delivered. It took about three weeks from purchase to have a newly installed fridge. The fridge arrived with a small dent in the freezer door. The installer said they'd let A&A know about it so they could schedule a door replacement. The installer didn't let A&A know, so I popped in to inquire about it. A&A said they'd get the process rolling for getting a new door replaced. Then again, there was silence. No updates, nothing. 2-3 weeks go by and I texted asking if there were any updates, or if not, to get a discount on the fridge equivalent to the price of a new door. A few days later, they said that they had reached out to the repair service and they were expecting a new door in 2 weeks and they'd reach out. To conclude the 2 month saga, the repair service scheduled time to fix the door, and it is now fixed. The lack of communication was incredibly frustrating. I felt like I had to do their jobs for them to figure out what the heck was going on with the fridge. Purchasing through them and using their suggested installer ended up being a little more expensive than going through Airport Appliance (I priced it out afterwards). Maybe next time, I'll just go through Airport, and I would have gotten an extra $100 in rebates for installation.
